no AC in living room, the window in the shower room is only half blur, make us uncomfortable when taking shower. there’s stranger from villa next door coming from the small road beside the villa, stay long time make us not comfortable. we have to change the galon, and gas by ourself. cannot access the audio. the staff very welcome and responsive if we ask anything.
