did not seriously like how they lied and told us they had two pools when they do not,the police was call to escort us out the pool which was so embarrassing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was extremely comfortable, especially for such a large amount of people in a small space. Besides being spotless, it all looked very nice and inviting. My family and I felt right at home. Above all, the value is tremendous. For being half the price of a hotel and being 3 times as accomedating and comfortable. Its the best stay I've had outside of home.

While I greatly enjoyed my stay and love the price, I feel the cleaning fee should be more upfront or incorporated into the room rate itself. Me almost not noticing the added fee was very off-putting and I almost stayed in a cramped hotel over the great stay being offered here.

The location and accommodations were fine, what was a bit disappointing was not being able to get ahold of staff. They provide a number to call/text but couldn’t get ahold of anyone for hours sometimes a whole day.

The location was the main reason we chose the NOOK. We wanted to be close to the beach and within close driving distance to friends and activities in the area. Parking was fine,

We were disappointed that the kitchen lacked basic things like dish towels, a sink stopper, drying mat, kettle, etc. The sofa was very worn and the arms were broken. We were there for 3 weeks and were supplied 4 rolls of toilet tissue, one change of sheets and one change of towels. They offer, for an extra $40, a 'mid stay cleaning', which we requested but never received. Finally, follow-up communication with WE RENT was difficult,
