The apartment was conveniently by the bus stops so was easy to get about, a sainsburys a min walk away. it was stylish and comfy.

Only downside was there were no shower gel which in previous airbnbs, I’ve always been supplied with but no that big of a deal. As well the towels are tiny other than that nothing.

The apartment was very clean and fresh, facilities were great and didn’t feel like it was missing anything! a true home from home. Pleased that there was a lift. The checkin process and keysafe entry was seamless. Location was good for what we wanted, only a short Uber ride to the centre. Was able to park our car in the car park behind too which was great. Sara the host was incredible too, couldn’t do more for us and communication was brilliant - we all felt really looked after!

Honestly nothing, the sofa bed was a little tricky to stay in position but was happy to just sleep on it as a single as it had plenty of room!

The host was very helpful with giving us recommendations of where to leave our belongings before and after checking in and out. She recommended the nearest train station etc, which we found very helpful. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here and found that with it being not too close to the city centre it was on the quieter side which we preferred. There is facilities nearby like taxis, buses and trains so it is really easy to get around. The apartment was clean and the host was very helpful. Will definitely book again in the future when returning back to Manchester.

Couldn’t fault it

Location perfect for visiting students living in Fallowfield. Useful to have an apartment rather than hotel. Enough space. Clean. Functional. Free street parking.

It is definitely not ‘stunning’. Poorly finished private student accommodation. Cigarette burn on sofa, throws need a wash. Taps wobble etc. Security camera in hall - not sure that was mentioned in facilities. Noisy location but to be expected. Entry codes and codes for keys a big of a faff on arrival.

We spent a couple of nights in this apartment while my daughter attended the Open Day at University of Manchester. The location was excellent for that as it was only about 10 minutes drive from the Uni The apartment was clean and tidy and has everything you need to feel at home. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. The host was very helpful and communicative and provided a lot of information about the apartment and accessibility before we went.

The only issue that we had was outside of the host's control - on the Friday night there was a lot of noise outside in the street from young people who were going in and out of the local pubs and singing and shouting into the early hours. Saturday night was much, much quieter though and I believe that it is usually like that.
