Cách đặt để hộp dụng cụ bàn chải, lược, hộp giấy vệ sinh .. trong nhà vệ sinh chưa hợp lý

Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ, nhân viên dễ thương, check in out nhanh. Phòng có đầy đủ các vật dụng trong toilet. Toilet sạch sẽ.Có buffet nhưng tụi mình không dùng. ĐI chơi thì chồng mình thích ra ngoài ăn uống món địa phương trải nghiệm hơn. Sáng ngủ dậy nhìn ra cửa sổ cảnh đẹp , bình yên. Vô trung tâm chỗ Vincom tầm 5-10', tối cạnh KS có quán chè, trước mặt là sông mà hình như có lô cốt chắn nên không thấy.Có dịp vẫn sẽ book lại
Không riêng Lạc Hồng mà m thấy giá thành các khách sạn ở miền tây khác cao. Giá 700k nhưng phòng khá là nhỏ, với tầm giá này mình có thể đặt được superior hay deluxe ở Vũng tàu, Nha Trang, Đà lạt, hic hic

It’s a nice location in front of the Mekong river. Staffs are nice. The buffet could be a little better.
The Hotel is dated. The bathroom can be updated the shower drain would wet the entire bathroom. Very unsafe and no vent so it’s smelly.

The doors in bathroom could not be closed. They did not made them properly.
We had a room without windows.
There is a shower which is not separated from the rest of the bathroom. It is not an issue unless one minds water everywhere.
Hairdryer must be pulled out from charger carefully. It was that hot that I burnt my hand.

We were very happy with the cleanliness, and the bed comfort. The shower was excellent, and the bathroom was clean. The towels were beautiful white and clean fluffy. good TV size. just one minor complaint. the hotel provided teab bags and coffee satchets, but no satchet of milk or sugar!!!
The only thing we did not like was the breakfast. the food was not very nice. My wife is vietnamese I am English. first day I had vietnamese food, it was NOT NICE. my wife had vietnamese also, but agreed with me. breakfast choice was also limited. provided tea and coffee, but again no sugar. bread for toasting with nice butter, But no JAM! so all in all poor breakfast.

Location is great, staff members are helpful.
The room is badly designed, especially the bathroom. I think your staff had received plenty of bad feedbacks about the bathrooms by now. If the owner doesn't look at the safety of customers and their staffs. I think accident would be not too far away.

I came to My Tho to visit friends. As a westerner you may not know about this area, however it is on the Mekong River with pretty little hamlets, islands and coffee shops to explore. The hotel is new and extremely well kept. I had a lovely stay and would recommend.
just the lift noise in the morning, it starts from around 5am
