We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and very very friendly staff. The unit was so very comfortable and the view was excellent. The nice kitchen has everything you need. The location was perfect for us. We took bikes to Safeway and got food to barbecue and greatly enjoyed the barbecue by the pool. The pool also was warm and wonderful and there is a lawn to enjoy the sun. We also appreciated using the sauna. so we have the black one right here. This was an excellent deal and we would definitely stay here again!!

Great and quiet stay, walking distance from Waikiki Beach. The listing is located in a great hotel with a beautiful lobby and nice amenities. The place itself has a nice kitchen area with all the cooking necessities included. Overall, great value for the money spent! Would recommend to others!

We liked that the property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood not in the middle of downtown Waikiki yet close enough to get there via a short walk or Uber ride. Perfect place for us to stay. Only negative I would put forth has nothing to do with the property it would be directed at one particular security guard who behaved as if he was inconvenienced by us when we had been directed to check in thru him.

The converted hotel is centrally located and has lovely decor that elevates the feel of staying in the Roal Garden above a typical hotel. I love that this studio condo has a baroque interior which, is unique in a tiki modern town. It is almost a little oasis inside the oasis. The 19th floor offers an incredible view of Honolulu's skyline. The ocean, Ala Wai canal and the mountains are also in view. However, I would recommend getting all the way to Duke's or Monkeypod for proper sunset appreciation. The kitchen has more appliances and dinnerware than I expected. It is totally livable for a longer stay. The desk is also very functional.

Handy location, very clean, tidy and well-equipped. And I like the quirky ornate furniture. Knocked off one star because it doesn't really have a lanai. It's too narrow to put a proper chair on, let alone a table or a recliner. But that's a detail. I'll definitely hope to stay here again.

The location is great. Easy to get around. The only trouble we had was the coffee pot didn’t go off as programmed and the remote control would turn TV on but no volume control and it would not turn it off.

My stay here was great! Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth & straight-forward. The unit was super clean, has a nicely-equipped and spacious kitchen (by vacation standards), and the bed was comfortable. The building staff was great and the internal facilities themselves are nice. The pool area has a couple of grills which the building staff maintains and oversees that was nice to be able to use during the week. One of the elevators was under renovation at the time of my stay, so it did lead to some long waits at the elevator from time to time. But that should be resolved before too long from the sound of it. The balcony is a little shallow, so there isn’t a ton of room to really lounge out there. But it was nice to stand out there and catch some of the breeze with my coffee in the morning (or with a drink in the evening). I spent most of my free time out and about enjoying Waikiki anyway, so it wasn’t really a big deal to me. If you’re inclined, there’s a rental bike station right across the street similar to what a lot of large cities have that made it pretty convenient to get around quickly and venture a little further away than I typically would have on foot. Otherwise there’s a ton to do in the nearby area that is plenty walkable and convenient.

Room was comfortable with a good view. Location was rasily accessible. Hotel staff were very accommodating.

Some minor concerns in the room: first one is the chairs, looks like they didn’t have the hard base support, and they are sinking on the middle when you sit on it. Second was the ceiling lights (both lights on the ceiling) won’t work when we try to switch on, so somehow it makes the kitchen dark and inconvenient while trying to cook something. We have contacted the management via email, they have responded as would send maintenance team for the agreed timeline, but didn’t hear back anything from them on the agreed timeframe neither the maintenance team. Luckily, We were able to workaround with the existing lights. So it was not a big deal. Location wise, a bit far to the beach front but still in the walkable distance for the bus stops and other shops. Parking space is not promised even with the paid valet, so we had to return our rental car due to the parking location stress. Think twice if you want to rent a car beforehand, there are street parkings available if you’re very lucky sometimes, but my suggestion is if you have the ability to walk, better to walk around or take buses or even rent a bike to go around.

So thankful all we needed and more. You should book this

It's a privately owned unit located inside a hotel, and the hotel reception were very welcoming of me even though I was staying in an independent unit.Unfortunately, there was construction in nearby units, and the dust and noise from the construction came into my unit (even though my doors and windows were closed). I emailed the holiday managers letting them know of the dust and noise, that I did some cleaning to help keep me somewhat comfortable, and asking for clean bed linen. A partial set of linen (sheets, no pillow cases) was delivered about 24 hours later. I would have appreciated some sort of follow-up, an apology, and some pillow cases. I would suggest to other travellers that if you have a problem to try phoning instead of email.

This condo has a fantastic kitchen that is very well equippped. The only negative I have is that the furniture seems way too big for the room making it feel smaller than it is. The bed is very high off the ground so if anyone has mobility problems it would be difficult for them to get in and out of the bed. This condo is an easy walk to a great beach and park.
