Everything was perfect. The welcome from Sophia and Nunu was outstanding; the hostel is well cared for in every detail, and the cleanliness is at the highest possible levels. You can rent e-bikes and bicycles, and book excursions. The beds in the dormitory are comfortable and equipped with curtains for a bit of privacy. The value for money is really excellent. The breakfast that you can book is great, very abundant and includes fruit, vegetables, cold cuts, cheese, bread, and sweets, as well as coffee and fruit juice. The island is magical and has a really ancient history. A perfect experience. Thank you, Sophia and Nunu, for everything.

The bed in the dorm is very comfortable, the shared bathrooms were impeccably clean and the kitchen has all the amenities to cook any kind of meal. The staff is very nice and provides great tips and information about island.

The closest bus stop is a 15 minute walk away, the bus is not frequent and runs only until 6 PM.

The hosts were super friendly and are investing in making the glamping a great experience. You get your own bathroom station and lil patio outside.

Ubytování je v perfektní lokalitě na konci ostrova, perfektní pro toho, kdo nechce být ve městě, ale v klidné lokalitě. Je pár kroků na úžasnou písečnou pláž u které je i restaurace.

Mohlo být trochu víc uklizeno. V lednici ve společné kuchyni bylo poměrně málo místa.

Outstanding! Best holiday I have ever had! Very secluded location and this enables me to switch off from the real world for a short time. The hostel itself was amazing and spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful to attend to your every need. Always happy to help you:-) I would recommend always for visiting and even staying for longer periods when they have special deals on.

Nice dormitory accommodation near Ponta da Calheta, the nicest beach spot on the island of Porto Santo. Handy to enjoy the beach by yourself once the daily visitors are gone with the late afternoon ferry or early in the morning before they arrive. We stayed in the 10-bed dormitory and found it ok. The shared kitchen is well equipped but be prepared to wait if someone else is using it. Also, make sure you bring your own food from town cause there is absolutely nothing around. Nice garden with sunbeds. There is a bar/restaurant down the road, close to the beach: the food was very good. The bus from town stops right in front of the guesthouse entrance!

Breakfast is expensive (10 euro/person) but decent. Towels are an additional 2.50 euros.

it’s pretty hot in the dorm even with a fan on the ceiling breakfast a bit pricy Normal bycicle a for rent are in poor condition (not e bikes) I got my AirPods stolen or lost there. The hostel crew tried to help but without luck. Cannot blame hostel but be careful with your belongings

The place is great, kitchen is well equipted, clean and near the beach.

It was very hard to get and get out of the second floor bed, the communication through booking is very difficult, if you have a question, you can get an answer the next day. The hostel is in the end of the main street, 8 km from the ferry, the public transport runs every 1,5h and even every 3h, price of the taxi to get from the city center to the hostel starts from 20 euros.

I absolutely loved my stay at Porto Santo Destination. The place itself was great and my room was bright, spotless and spacious. The place is located right at the end of a beautiful 9km beach and all the facilities in the whole building are superb. There are additional communal toilets and showers, and a big kitchen where you will find anything you may need. On top of that they have a big fridge with drinks that you can buy and also homemade cake which was so delicious. Furthermore, they organise various events during the week such as Portuguese Taps Night, Poncha workshop etc which is an amazing opportunity to bring guests together. I have met so many wonderful people and we have shared some fun time together. Last but not least, the girls who work there - Sofia, Catarina and Tatiana deserve a special shout out as they have made me feel at home and I feel lucky to now be able to call them my friends too! :) Additionally, Nuno is a great and professional host. If I return to Porto Santo, there's no doubt I will be staying there again!

I can highly recommend Porto Santo Destination Hostels. I felt like home during my stay and I met wonderful people there. The double room with sea view and privat balcony was equipped with everything that you need to feel comfortable. The team of the hostel is outstanding. Nuno, the host is super friendly and helpful and supports you with everything you should need. The environment of that part of the beach is very peaceful and quiet. Exactly what I wanted. You can have a walk at that wonderful beach to get to the city center or just rent a bike. A rich breakfast which was very good was provided for 10€. If I will come back to Porto Santo I will definitely stay with you again. Thanks for all your effort and all the best for you and your hostel.

Everything: reception, facilities, comfort, location couldn't be better, away from town and hotels. On the beach and a great bike ride to everywhere. Local bus or beautiful walk for those without transport. Even the other guests were great people!

Nothing. The bunk beds all had an individual socket for gadgets but as yet no individual light. But it was still early in the season and some jobs still being completed.

Paradise. Calm. Beachview. Easy mountain hikes all around. Perfect if you need to stay away from everything for a couple of days.

Directly by the beach. Friendly staff. Very good Wi-Fi. I arrived 9am but they still let me check in my room. Due to my flight connection I had to stay until the afternoon and could move the check out time to 16:30 because it was low season. Thank you. Daily cleaning services. The only thing I regret is that I didn't book sea view

They Lady mentioned my door code during check in when others were in the same room. But still I don't mind. It is safe. The next supermarket is 20 by bicycle which is far. Plus the rental bike costs double compared to AA Colombo. This hostel is on the other end and make sure you have a car or bike

Porto Santo Destination offers an amazing and unforgettable stay. Situated very near to the beach, the hostel has the direct ocean view. You can enjoy it while having a meal or working. It has modern and spacious kitchen, very well equipped. The stuff is super friendly and helping ! You can rent a bike and go explore the beautiful island.

I liked everything about this Hostel, Especially the view to the sunrise in the morning! Very clean and spacious room, common area is also very nice and clean! Nuno is very kind and friendly person, always available to help with any questions.
