Signoret "Nice location within a short walk from the park, where there is a great children’s play area and lovely walking/running routes. The neighbourhood is residential and there are decent shops and facilities nearby. The house is spacious and well appointed, although we really missed having a high chair for our baby grandson. Since children are clearly welcome at the house, and otherwise very well catered for, I really think this would be a useful addition. The pool was much enjoyed, as were the ripening mulberries on the tree in the garden! The lawn could have done with being cut but it had been very wet, and maybe the owners are doing ‘no mow May’ as we do in England (to help the bees/insects)?! We had a bit of a problem with accessing the utility room, but a repair to the door lock was arranged without problem, and we were kept informed throughout. All in all we had a lovely time staying at this property and would highly recommend it to other families and multi-generational groups."

Signoret "We were very disappointed with our stay, it was a shame as the property has much potential. 🙂 The property has a nice outdoor seating and eating eating area that are enjoyable in evenings. 🙁 When we arrived the outdoor bins were full of rubbish, the floors were not very clean, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, there is no air conditioning that makes it’s difficult in hot periods and the pool water had turned green and was unusable for the first 8 days of our rental. We had to go to swimming pool shops ourselves and figure out a solution as the agency that looked after the rental was on holiday and so was the pool company! Although the agency was very helpful it was not an ideal situation."

Signoret We stayed here as a group of friends. The villa was clean and had good facilities and a lovely pool. It was difficult to get in and out of Toulouse town centre however this was mainly due to public transport strikes and without the strikes it would take 30-40 minutes to get in and out of the centre with a metro and bus. The host was responsive with communication and would overall recommend

We were let down on many levels with this booking. The photographs of this property show a well maintained garden and pool area and is the reason we chose it. It was our first family holiday together as my father recovers from a stroke and we had hoped to spend our days with him while the children played in the garden. The reality was no use of a fenced off pool, overgrown garden, broken garden swing and rusty unusable bbq. Despite many attempts to even get the lawn mowed, including a conversation with the owner, nobody was willing to help us. We ended up buying a paddling pool for the kids from the local supermarket. We had to replace some of the bedding that smelled of cigarette smoke ourselves and various items around the house were already broken (incl. tumble dryer / light fittings hanging off walls), despite the huge security deposit that was taken from our bank account two days before we got there for our one week holiday. The owner was unwilling to take any action during our stay and bizarrely replied two weeks after we had left.

Signoret The house is very comfortable and handy for exploring Toulouse.
