Stayed 2 nights ahead of a cruise. Wonderful place, clean, roomy, working televisions. Best part was it was a 1 minute walk to a heated pool and a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous piece of beach. Mu kids loved it. We watched a Space X launch 10 minutes away. Property is close to everything you need, groceries, coffee, restaurant, kid activities. Parking was a breeze. I had asked the owner if I could get in a few hours early and received a response in minutes stating I could at no charge. Would stay here again without a doubt. So much better than a hotel.

place is well maintained inside and out

The bed in the master is like sleeping on a slap of concrete.the whole complex needs some major upkeep looks like no maintenance has been done in awhile best thing about the place is the location

The communication withe the property manger far exceeded my expectation. Really made for a great experience. Loved that this rental unit cams with use of beach towels, umbrella. Beach wagon, and plenty of beach toys. Plenty spacious and clean. Only downfall was that the pool restricts uses of pool toys. My kids always love using diving toys, noodles, and pool balls for tossing. A condo OWNER came out and within 5 minutes of my kids playing in the afternoon, told us toys weren't allowed. I apologized I missed that on the posted rules, but this man wouldnt let it go. He repeatedly said this wasnt our home, but his. After 10 min he finally left, but proceeded to stare us down from his unit. It truly put a damper on our day and ability to enjoy the pool--which my kids had been looking forward to. I would like to stay here again because of the rental owner/manager, the proximity to the beach, condo itself etc., but the other owners made it hard to imagines coming back with my kids.

We came down for the race at Daytona. The condo was perfect. Pool was excellent we got in everyday. Also nice breakfast/coffee spot in walking distance. Will rent again.

There were 4 of us (2 adults & 2 teens) in this condo for 6 nights. It fit our needs perfectly and we would stay there again.

We came to relax after a trip to Disney. Property was adequate but out dated. The two chairs in the family room were very uncomfortable and worn but the couch was nice. We had a few bugs and one was big and scary. Pool was nice and beach was great. Thanks for having towels and an umbrella we could use.

Nice place clean super easy access. And the beach was not crowded.

Nice stay condo was clean, nice location, heated pool was wonderful, but has a few concerns. The listing states the second bedroom had two beds, but in fact it only had one. Both rooms, the beds were very noisy, when you moved, so much that we were all concerned we were waking up others. Facet handle on master bath needs to be tightened.
