The house was just as described. Good size rooms and plenty of space for our group of 3 families. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and plenty of seats for dinning at the table and kitchen counter. Pool table was a hit with the kids and good selection of board games too. There was also a Wii but we didn't use it as the whole point was to be off screens as much as possible. Location is great, 5 mins down to beach/lake and 5 mins up to activity center/club house. Overall great home and we had a wonderful stay here.

The property was nice and in a location close to many amenities.
My only complaint is the owner'should emphasize that the place should look like the way it was including furniture placement. He was even concerned about little crumbs on the floor and a little smear of hand on the fire place glass. If this was the case we would have allowed at least one hour to clean the house before checking out. When we saw that there was a cleaning fee included we thought the cleaners could clean the smear on the fire place glass which we thought could have been there and also vacuum the floor.
He could maybe increase his cleaning fee at the beginning so the renter would not have felt irresponsible because we did clean up and arranged the furnitures 80 %.

The house is beautiful and well equipped and clean. The bedroom layout was great for accommodating two families. The basement was a great space for the kids the hang out. We really appreciated the pool table, board games, and Wii! Will stay here again!

Had immediate family stay there for a wedding. There was plenty of room and they enjoyed their stay. The lower level room with a queen sofa bed and full bathroom was a nice bonus. Great home in a nice location.

Enjoyed the house. Very clean. Well maintained. Enjoyed the pool table and outside fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped. The only issue was that there were only two dish washer detergent pods and one trash bag which was not adequate for the 4 days that we spent there.

The home was just right to get our family together to Celebrate end of school year and send off our adult daughter to her 8 month placement. Sleeping was especially comfortable and the kitchen SUPER EQUIPPED. Central location in E Rock made it easy to get to golf and the lower sport’s areas. Easy 5 Star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well appointed home perched on the mountainside. Beautiful sunset views and peaceful privacy. We found everything we needed and had plenty of entertainment options. We skied, tubed, hiked, made smores, watched the turkeys & deer, played foosball & pool. Great getaway!

The home was very clean, nicely appointed, cozy , comfortable and located in a quiet/peaceful area. We liked everything about it and were lacking nothing. The host is very easy to work with and got back to us quickly with questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property and we give it a 5-star rating.

This was a stunning home decorated for Christmas with multiple beautiful Christmas trees and other decorations. Bedrooms on 3 levels were helpful with having small children and infants so they were not waking each other up. The master bedroom was huge with a giant walk-in closet. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely rent here again.

We could not have been more satisfied with your home. It was furnished beautifully and on top of that, it had so many fun activities, pool table, darts and other games. The home was also decorated for Christmas during the stay and it was absolutely stunning. We could not have asked for a more perfect home.

There were some things not working (ice maker/water) but that’s not a thing that bothers me anyway. Cleanliness, location, everything was great. Communication with owners were also great.
