Rooms are old need updating, toilet paper holder was broken Knob in shower hanging on to a thread. Cabinets woodwork doors old . This being said the location is amazing

Was an awesome stop at the Neptune facility. Happened on it via hotels.com and was pleasantly impressed. The directions couldve been made way more clear on where the front office was located, but that was a minor set back. Nice complimentary breakfast as well. Room and the view were fabulous! Definitely would stay there again.

I just wanted somewhere quiet that I could sit by the beach, read, & relax. I didn't choose to come to Fl, so I could at least pick where I got to relax at.
This is right on the boardwalk, off of the beach, so if they're loud out on the boardwalk, or they're doing work on the beach, you hear it. (Not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind.)
My issues: the electrical outlet next to the bed didn't work, the floor was covered in a fine layer of sand from the moment I walked in, if not before (& strands of fake green hair from Halloween), & there were still handprints on the headboard from the visitors before me.
Otherwise, the room was spotless. No bugs. The shower was great: fantastic water pressure & hot water. The bed was comfortable. I had zero issues with the wifi, & I didn't use the parking.

So horribly full of mold i never slept 1 night there
They gave me the wrong room upon check in, which was a nightmare. Long lines and bad service.
They switched my room, which still wasnt what i booked.
Charged a hotel fee, 100.00 cleaning fee upon check it, a resort fee, and parking fee.
I never slept there.
They refused to give me a refund.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Feels incredibly unsafe, dirty, pictures are very misleading. Not worth staying here just to save some money. Staff is extremely rude. We felt so uncomfortable we left one hour after checking in.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the room exactly as advertised. It appeared to have been recently renovated and had plenty of room. We had a partial ocean view and were right on the boardwalk. The room was very close to shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again!

Staff at the front desk and in the store was helpful and made us feel welcomed, the room was very clean and smelled wonderful, very close to the beach and Hollywood Broadwalk restaurants, felt safe and area was quiet, awesome air conditioner, nice shower, clean floors and large comfortable bed

My family and I had an amazing experience. I was a bit skeptical due to the reviews but I’m so glad I came to experience it myself! The staff were super sweet and helpful. My room was clean and cozy. I have nothing to complain about really. It made my family and I creat great memories. Definitely recommend and will be coming back !

Everyone on the phone was great! When I got there the lady who checked me in was just short and snappy. She could have been nicer. Also, I picked this location because I wanted by the beach and cook my own food. She knew that I am in a room with a kitchen. I had to call 3 times for all the kitchen stuff like cooking and eating… I finally had to go down there. She was still snappy when she should have done that in the first place.

I registered and an hour later I left the place, nothing to do with the photos they have registered and cockroaches.

Office and breakfast area is a mile away, the floor in the room was dirty, no cable TV, the loveseat smell. False advertising from Neptune.

Besides the check in that is very long and seems to only take cash for the convenience store, once you check in it's really actually nice. There are places for you to get rest/ peace and there are places that are full of music and action. It all depends on what you are looking for. I found the prices to be affordable and I am going to stay with them again and again.

Dirty dirty dirty!!!! Needs updated do very badly!!! The semo view of the ocean os through a very dirty window and includes the homeless lady living in her van. They nickle and dime you for everythin. Parking (which Im sure the homeless lady doesnt pay for but me as a guest to the hotel has to pay for)A cleaning fee for a room with a inch of dust everywhere and floors that require shoes to be worn at all times. And dont even think about asking for a extra hour or two late check out might as well pay for an additional night because the charge for late check out is ridiculous!!!

Bad neighborhood, immediately checked out after 15 minutes. Dirty, gross, not somewhere you want to stay with your family. Front desk is very rude, they didnt want to refund anything. Even though the pictures didnt look like the hotel.

It’s a great little getaway for the cost. You can’t beat it unfortunately, do not get room 2424. The bed is terrible 2404. Bed is wonderful. Next time. I’ll make sure to request that room but if you’re just looking for a nice getaway on the beach and some really nice people this is the hotel for you.

Neptune Oceanfront is my favorite hotel to stay at. This was my 3rd year staying there with my children (2). The overall experience from check-in to check-out was amazing. Only drawback was the room. The 2 previous times I've stayed there, the rooms were much bigger & included a living room & kitchen area - this trip I wasn't so lucky. I will say though that the oceanview made up for the small living space - it was worth it. I will continue to stay at the Neptune during any future visits.

The property definitely needs a facelift. Area around the pool was moldy. Tables by the pool were missing umbrellas or the umbrellas were broken.
Breakfast was …ok… nothing much ( bagels, bread with cheese, cereal, coffee and juice.)

They need to give you info on how to find the office. The address takes you to the property but signs everywhere saying office around corner. Which corner?? Everything else was fine. Friendly staff.

Beware of hidden fees. Expect rude staff forcing you to pay double what is advertised here. Read the fine print. Sketchy place, dirty pool, reception is in another hotel a block away. Mediocre rooms, smells, bring your own water. Avoid!

Charged resort fees which is supposed to cover amenities pool was dirty with roaches and paid parking separately per night. Check in took forever and the ladies had attitude. Nothing in kitchen as far as cooking ware and everyone we called we were put in a long hold. No late check out unless you paid. 20 dollars deposit per pool towels… just ridiculous
