The location, size of the apartment, cleanliness and communication all exceeded our group of 11's expectations. Being near the water and the tram was perfect! The building was very secure. Loved the rooftop bar and went there every night! Used the grocery in the building several times. Just perfect!

Excellent apartment, perfect location for exploring with the trams outside, amenities, bars and restaurants in the same building. Great communication and so much more flexibility than a hotel room.

What was good: The hotel is well located, the apartment is stylish, and the breakfast was good. What wasn’t good: Only 4 beds were prepared for 5 booked guests. We had to get additional bedding for the sofa ourselves. There was a strong toxic smell in the apartment, and the windows were locked. The bedrooms are in the basement with no natural light. The reception was not helpful. The fitness studio is not in the building; there is a partnership instead. The sauna and jacuzzi do not match the pictures on Hotels.com and are not suitable for children.

It was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and in short distance to the main attractions of the city.

Had a great stay at Bob W - stayed in the family room - super comfortable beds and a great bunk bed for the kids. The property was immaculate; great location with amenities nearby and the kids loved the instant camera. Great sustainability credentials too - Would definitely look to stay here again.

We loved this apartment! It really felt like home while we were in Helsinki. Clean, comfortable, spacious, laundry in the unit and everything you could need. Even a reusable shopping bag and other thoughtful details.

the apartment is brand new with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent for the port with the market and the Cathedral. the wellness area with the private sauna was really much appreciated. I didn't like the sleeping area in the basement. finally, a wanderful stay

BobW really engages you in the hotel experience. Our unit was spacious, clean, in a convenient location with trolley line right at entrance. Walkable to many sites. Lots of friendly help if you struggled. Good grocery shopping store in building. Many other stores in our building were closed -- but this was likely due to the solstice exodus during our Jun 20th stay.

Nice location and flat with comfort yet why superior flat the same size as studio plus reception was hardly available even during normal opening hours (9am to 5pm) constantly had to call the owner / customer service to find solutions… as a tourist and customer I expect much more from reception plus don’t have time to spend calls to customer service… things should be more simple and not to the customer to make all these efforts for issues not under his responsibility and that should have been avoided

We stayed 8 nights. The building, the rooms and the facilities are excellent. But unfortunately there is a problem regarding the coding system. As it is an apart hotel without reception we couldn’t get in 2 times with the existing code. Moreover although we stayed 8 nights we did not receive any housekeeping during this period. We asked 2 times for housekeeping!

Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had in my life. I never ever leave reviews on Expedia yet I travel internationally 4 mos each year, booking dozens of stays on Expedia. This was the best I’ve ever had. The CLEANEST, most COMFORTABLE, and most CONVENIENT stay. Every detail was thought of — this apt has everything you could possibly need. Everything was high quality, modern, new, and CLEAN. The area is right in the middle of Helsinki with all the good sites a block away. The area is also very quiet and clean. The apt has multiple grocery stores and restaurants INSIDE the building. You get 24/7 gym/sauna access. It’s phenomenal. Oh, and you basically get a 24/7 concierge who responds INSTANTLY and answers any questions you have within seconds. I’ve never been so happy. Whenever I’m in a city with a Bob apt, I will stay there and no where else no matter what the price is.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The building was lovely and in a great location. It is within walking distance of the ferries, railway station and city centre and there is asi a tram stop right outside the building. We felt frustrated at the lack of information within the apartment itself, for example how to use the appliances and disposal of rubbish. The air conditioning wasn’t working either which made for an uncomfortable stay during the Finnish heatwave! But despite these things we’d definitely stay again next time we go to Helsinki.

Clean room. Confortable bed. Nice bathroom. Nice location. Washer/dryer 2 in 1 is always a problem, but it’s a minor issue. A company washed the building in the middle of the night waking us all up. That was weird.

Wonderful place to stay in Helsinki. Nice, clean, and well furnished unit in an excellent location. There is a market downstairs. Will definitely stay here again.
