Staff was very pleasant, room clean, noise level great, wheelchair accessible.

The room was dirty there was a lot of trash up underneath the couch to pull out couch had a dent in the mattress there was no continental breakfast the front desk concierge was nowhere to be found my room key did not work I look for the concierge for 2 hours and could not find him

This place was absolutely DISGUSTING. Booked two rooms for one night and when we arrived it looked like someone had just gotten out of the bed and left. There was no housekeeping and the sheets were wet. This was the case in BOTH rooms. Management refused to exchange rooms for us since we booked through expedia. So i left and fought all week for a refund.

This hotel is in desparate need of floor to ceiling remodeling. The hallways were dirty and stained. We asked to be switched from our first floor room (carpets were worn, door stop broken off the wall, TV remote and clock didnt work, dirt in every corner) to a different room. The next room was only slightly better. It was already 11 at night, with no other hotels with rooms available in our price range, and we were exhausted, so we had to stay. The desk clerk was nice enough to accommodate our request to switch rooms, so the service was nice, but i would never stay at this hotel again.

It was just ok, not great and not terrible. The biggest disappointment was breakfast not being served per the schedule. Was to start at 6:30 and was after 7:00 before we could start. No help, would run out of everything and people either had to wait or just left. The slim choice of food was cold. The facility was old an outdated. They had no help.

The room was adequate for a one night stop. You can tell that work has been done. The room did smell of some marijuana smoke but was not terrible. The most disappointing was the breakfast. It was advertised as being until 9:30 but upon visiting at 8we found the eggs and sausage empty. When we asked at the desk we were told it was closed and person maintaing it had left. Perhaps the had an emergency?

They acted like we were the first people to check in with Expedia. When we asked for help with the TV she just said just fiddle with it. After 30 min. I gave up. They are trying to use Roku account for all the rooms and they're wifi is too weak. The back door near our room was blocked open with a rock and the door to our room was blocked open when we first got there. The sausage and powdered eggs for breakfast were cold!

Horrible, but infested with roaches, filth, unprofessional staff. The entire property is a dump! Don’t waste your time checking in!

We arrived after 9 p.m. and the women at the desk were both very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. It was myself and 2 grandkids on our drive from NJ to SC. However, in our room we discovered the carpet SOAKING WET in front of the air conditioning unit. We reported this to the front desk in the early morning (4 a.m.) as we checked out. We still slept in the room because we didnt need to walk in that area in order to grab a few hours of rest.

Women at the desk was the best and very helpful!! Room was comfy and quiet as always

WiFi was non existent and the front desk confirmed that although the website states High speed internet- nope.. speed test was .04 mgbs, yes .04.. bathroom door had been ripped off and was barely usable. Everything was unplugged when we got there?????. It also looked like a blind man repaired the wall and painted. It was an absolute disgrace. The a/c worked good and the bed was comfy, although the pillows looked as old as George Washington.. we will NOT go back there.

The first room They gave me was dirty, bed was not made, food on the floor and nightstand, coffee left on the counter wastebaskets were full of trash. A pair of old Slippers left by bed from another guest and the toilet had been used and not flushed. Got another room, the bed was made but that is about all I could say for it. I shaved in the morning but did not use the shower it was dirty. You did not have your Baymont sign on the outside of the building, had it not been for my GPS I would not have seen it. Would not stay their again.

Hotel is old and run down smells like smoke

We arrived early in the property. We need to change our clothes for the wedding of my niece. The lady in the front desk made an exception to let us checked in early. My wife and I were able to change our attire and were able to get to the church on time. I think this is a good service.

I stayed in this hotel back in 2017 and now in 2024. The problem is that not much has changed since then except a new name and its just dirty and nasty. We are limited in the room we got because there are 6 of us. In fact we stayed in the same room we did in 2017. Well first it seemed the floor had not been vacuumed and had pieces of little white paper on the floor, not the biggest deal, then there was the refrigerator that really didn’t not work. I put some drink bottles in there and it was barely cool in the morning. Then there was the disgusting looking telephone that look like it’s never been cleaned. My daughter picked up the receiver and there were ants in it crawling around. The second air conditioner in the room with the pull out bed had ants all over it too. I brought it to the staff’s attention and the one gentleman dismissed it as the cleaner must have left the window open when they had cleaned it. Maybe, but that does not explain the ants in the phone. You could see them and the dirt between the number buttons. The room accommodates 6 and there were no extra pillows for the pull out bed. There was no extra bolt on the door to lock. So the only door security was the one key card lock. Considering I was traveling with my daughters I was not feeling too safe. The rooms are dark and not very welcoming, we struggled to find the lamp switches to turn them on. The name may have changed but there has definitely been no upgrades since my last stay. Never again!

Everyone who worked there was suoer friendly and helped us out with recommendations and helped make our stay so nice

!. No internet or TV. Answer was that they would have someone look at it the morning. I was gone by then. 2. The knob to the room was hanging by a thread making entry difficult. 3. Molding to the floor was off & hanging. 4. No record of my reservation & I ended up paying twice!!!

My husband and I did a quick getaway. This Best Western was close near shopping. My room had two broken lamps, and the refrigerator was not cold at all. The room could use a overhaul. The tub had a brown circle in it.

Mold in the bathroom, stained linen, hair in linen, AC very loud, refrigerator not working. Hallway’s carpet was dirty. This facility needs a full renovation.

A tired, dated hotel with an unattractive and unusable pool.

It need remodeling with up to date everything, especially the bathroom. The pictures online are definitely not what you’re paying for. The staff was excellent and it was very clean. Everything is just out of date.

Average, decent place. What I didn't like was that when we arrived in our room there was a sandwich and water from a previous occupant in the fridge and small bits of food particles on the floor. Cleaning staff must have been in too much of a hurry.

This hotel needs to be completely gutted and renovated. It looks like a place for night walkers and for illegal immigrants to hide out. The rooms are seriously outdated and the rug has smell. I didn't see any bugs, but it gave me the impression that something would bite me in my sleep. Luckily I was issued a full refund and was able to get a room at a hotel down the street.

Advertised there was access to the internet. There was none. We were told we needed a special device. Employee at desk seemed to care less about the problem. Carpeting throughout building was grossly dirty.
