The hotel is adequate, relatively clean, the only issue I really had was. This was the second hotel, and not the same chain, but once again, no remote in the hotel room and the front desk was unable to provide one. Thankfully, I had my tablet with me and use that instead.

Checked out shortly after seeing the room.
Very small room and dissatisfied with cleanliness of the room, small bathroom and darkness of hotel all over.

Room smelled like fresh smoked cigarettes. Person at the desk just came in and sprayed her personal perfume in the room to "mask" the smell. Very disappointing.

The hotel appears to be way understaffed. We went down stairs for breakfast and nobody was around. No meals or drinks. When we came back from paying for breakfast at restaurant they did have food out but they egg and sausage were empty. They appeared to only have one cleaner for the second floor as when we were coming and going she was the only one we saw cleaning the rooms.

Staff lack of professionalism. Not providing breakfast during the hours stated and then stating they will not fix anymore and it was still 45 minutes remaining before the breakfast time ended. Ten or more hotel guest came down expecting breakfast and coffee but neither was available. Room needed through cleaning and maintenance. Bugs seen and several items didn't work properly.

The room was dirty there was a lot of trash up underneath the couch to pull out couch had a dent in the mattress there was no continental breakfast the front desk concierge was nowhere to be found my room key did not work I look for the concierge for 2 hours and could not find him

This hotel is in desparate need of floor to ceiling remodeling. The hallways were dirty and stained. We asked to be switched from our first floor room (carpets were worn, door stop broken off the wall, TV remote and clock didnt work, dirt in every corner) to a different room. The next room was only slightly better. It was already 11 at night, with no other hotels with rooms available in our price range, and we were exhausted, so we had to stay. The desk clerk was nice enough to accommodate our request to switch rooms, so the service was nice, but i would never stay at this hotel again.

It was just ok, not great and not terrible. The biggest disappointment was breakfast not being served per the schedule. Was to start at 6:30 and was after 7:00 before we could start. No help, would run out of everything and people either had to wait or just left. The slim choice of food was cold. The facility was old an outdated. They had no help.

They are trying to use Roku account for all the rooms and they're wifi is too weak. The back door near our room was blocked open with a rock and the door to our room was blocked open when we first got there. The sausage and powdered eggs for breakfast were cold!

Horrible, but infested with roaches, filth, unprofessional staff. The entire property is a dump! Don’t waste your time checking in!

However, in our room we discovered the carpet SOAKING WET in front of the air conditioning unit. We reported this to the front desk in the early morning (4 a.m.) as we checked out. We still slept in the room because we didnt need to walk in that area in order to grab a few hours of rest.
