la ubicación es excelente, justo en pleno centro. Las chicas son muy amables y estaba todo super recogido y ordenado siempre. la única pega es que no tenia cocina y al caminar el suelo sonaba bastante. recomendado 100% volvere sin duda!!!

es una zona complicada para encontrar aparcamiento. no disponen de cocina en el alojamiento.

Todo estaba muy limpio, impecable, rozando la perfección. Todo funcionaba bien. La persona que gestiona el alojamiento era muy agradable. La habitación disponía de espejo y lavabo, armario con perchas enchufes cerca de la cama. Aunque el WC y la ducha estaba fuera de la habitación y era compartido no suponía ningún problema. Al lado de la plaza Weyler.

No hay ascensor y hay que subir escaleras pero es razonable por el bajo precio.

This pension is perfectly located in the center of Santa Cruz close to all the main streets. The lady who checked me in and I guess is responsible for the cleaning was very kind (even if she is not speaking any english) and if it wasn't her I would rate it lower.

I appreciate the fact that they gave me a room on the second floor as I asked but I was expecting it to have a balcony like the pictures. On the contrary only three rooms on the first floor have a balcony so make sure you will ask for them because the rest have limited natural light and are too small. Too much noise from the other guests and they should really built better doors for not listening everything that is happening outside your door. For one night it was ok but I wouldn't stay there more than two nights.

The personal, despite not English skills, was nice and friendly.

There was only one long, very thin pillow for two people. The bed had a very cheap mattress with springs.
