I did not stay at hotel, staff not at front desk waited over 15 min, called out ,knocked on desk and doors

Loved the cleanliness of the room. Comfort of the beds. Quietness of the hotel once we were in our room

Bathroom sink didn't drain correctly. Couple of guests getting high outside the lobby doors was uncomfortable to walk past with my son's. No breakfast when we went downstairs and we had to go elsewhere to eat.

Das Zimmer erinnerte mich - bis auf die Bettecke - etwas an eine sehr gepflegte Jugendherberge. Da es keinen Teppich hatte, wirkte es kühl und nicht gemütlich. Die für eine Küche wichtigen Utensilien waren nicht vorhanden und konnten nur gemietet werden. Das Frühstück bestand nur aus Kaffee, Müsliriegeln, Muffins, Joghurt und gekochten Eiern. Es gab kein Brot, keine Butter, keinen Aufschnitt, keine Marmelade und nur aromatisierte Milch. Für uns war das kein Frühstück.

Clean room and great staff.

Room was very big and clean.

The property was very clean. The rooms have a full kitchenette and full fridge. Parking was convenient, environment was laid back. Staff was great. Nice place to stay if your in Augusta. They offer free breakfast.

They offer free breakfast, but it’s grab and go. I picked this location because of the reviews and how clean it was and the fact that they had free breakfast. I didn’t realize there would be no hot breakfast options. So it’s stuff like muffins, honey buns, yogurt, oatmeal packets, protein bars, etc. That’s fine for a day or two , but after that it would be nice for a few hot options. Still 5 stars in my book.

I didn’t realize there was no pool. The property was cashless and the vending machine did not work. The breakfast was not adequate so we ended up spending additional money for breakfast
