So apparently even if you have a confirmed reservation once you reach this particular hotel you are then notified that there are no rooms available and you must stay somewhere else. After arriving from Atlanta Airport only to discover that my luggage wasn’t put on my flight, having to wait two additional hours to receive my luggage. I arrive at this hotel only to be told by the front desk clerk her exact words “I know you have a confirmed reservation, but we are completely booked and you will have to find another hotel”. I traveled all the way from Houston, TX to Augusta, GA without receiving any proper notification, and I understand it’s just a job, but this is a Hilton property I expected to receive and be treated much better. 100% Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean room. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Close to restaurants, gas/convenience, interstate (without being too close/loud), and shopping. Appreciated the warning and info about ladybug season.
There was a really gross smell in the lobby, elevator, hallways, and sometimes it crept into the room. It smelled septic. Literally the only thing we disliked about our stay. I'm sure it was temporary, maybe a plumbing issue?

Honestly, the only plus to this property was the location.
The front desk receptionist was rude. The property had a sewer smell the entire stay, our bathroom on the second floor started smelling like the plumbing was backed up. Housekeeping never came up o tidy up/freshen up our room. Even when I called the front desk and asked for housekeeping, they never came. I ended up going downstairs to get fresh towels and bath cloths. Although the property did not allow smoking inside the building, our floor smelled like cigarettes. The entire stay was unpleasant and I would not recommend this property to any friends or family nor will I stay there again.

Location. Modern room design. Sofa was nice, large L shaped.
Room had burn mark in carpet, floor and room had a smoke smell despite being a non-smoking hotel. Water pressure in shower was way too low. Bathroom door was modern but not close to sound proof. Could hear every sound. For a room this size and price was surprised at no microwave. Only 4 standard pillows on a king bed, could have either been more or king pillows.

Front desk staff was great and very helpful
I first got a room on the third floor to the left the last door on the right. I was a nice room but smelled so bad and the air conditioning was not working. I stay here a lot and this is the first time I experience this. I change rooms and it was still a smell but just not as bad as the first one which smells like mildew.

Look of the room was nice
First room upon opening the door I immediately smelled mildew. Thought if I sprayed something it would die down. Then I couldn’t locate the remote.
Went downstairs to tell the rep about the remote and she hands me one then tell me the cable was out due to a storm and wouldn’t be back on til Monday. Figured I could manage with out so I go back to the room and it still smelled like mildew.
Went back downstairs and dealt with a male rep to tell him about the room and could I change. He sets me up in a different room and same issue…mildew smell.
Went back downstairs cause at this point it’s hopeless. I asked for a refund and dealt with the female rep that tells me my money will be back on my account today as it was still pending per my account and no late cancellation fee would be added.
I really expected this hotel to nice but was let down completely. I should have been told about the problems upfront before I was even charged.
was able to find another nice hotel 5-6 minutes away that had availability cable tv.

Location is great, staff was very friendly. Room was very spacious.
Shower floor was slimy, seemed unclean. I stayed with a relative here previously a couple of years ago and the place did not seem as well upkept as it once was.

The staff was amazing they went above and beyond and were extremely nice. My wife and I will visit again. Hands down best and cleanest I've ever been to and it's not even close.

The host and bartender were very nice. The room was clean, the bed was a little too firm and the lodging could be a little brighter. However, the room served its purpose.
