The employees were helpful & nice.

Bathtub was dirty. Even had a dead bug on rim of tub. We were suppose to have a shower bench & we never received one. Around the back of the toilet was dusty & dirty looking.

If you are going to tell your guests that they need to be checked out by 10 instead of 11 you need to update that on your site. It’s ridiculous to be woken up when we were under the impression that we had another hour. Also ridiculous that our check in was messed up and we booked 2 days, but we’re getting called the next morning because the hotel did not book 2 days like we had put. I was understanding and didn’t make a big deal of this, but now I am being told check out was 10 not 11 and I refuse to pay a late check out fee for the mistake of the hotels website. My messages and recipes show 2 days check in at 3 and check out at 11. So please explain where the confusion was, because it looks pretty straight forward to me.

got a call saying that they had a water main break and they sent us to another motel

at the other motel we received a king bed but had requested a room with 2 queen beds

NOTHING about it!!! Paid reservation for a handicap room was GONE!! Attendant said they were over booked. He was very UNHELPFUL as I cried after a 10 hour drive.

My Reservation for a handicap room was gone. Attendant said they were overbooked. We had called TWICE to tell them about our late check-in and to NOT give our rooms away. I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND and the difference in money amount for having to move to a more expensive hotel. Attendant did not help me at all (I am in my 70s). It took hours to find another hotel in the area with a handicap room (Hilton Home Stay finally took me after midnight but it was MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE!!!).

NOTHING!!! They had given my handicap reservation away to someone else.

They should have Honored my reservation. It left me with trying to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I DID call and tell them I would be late and to NOT give my reservation away. It was gone when I got there. My son’s room was still available but I was not leaving him there while I had to go elsewhere. I WANT A REFUND.
