Extremely clean, well set out and great facilities. Amazing location and great value for money. The host was also very accommodating. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Good location, not too far from the train station and the lake, supermarket nearby always open. Modern apartment with kitchenette, good wifi, XL bed.

Most of the time there is no one at the reception, this is very inconvenient to have to wait in the street with the luggage until you can check in. You can't have any flexibility to arrive a bit earlier or leave a bit later. Too expensive for what you get.

It was clean and very well organized. The host was very responsive and kind. We had a power outage late night due to a hail storm, but the host was able to bring the power back ASAP. The host also went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

A good location for a short stop at Como. Ask for a app at the garden side.

If you book the apartment for 4 persons you had to know that it will not suits for 4. There is kingsize bed and a very small sofa (bed) which is good for 2 childs (under 10), but not for two adults. If the sofa bed is out you will not have space available for sitting in the apartment

Close to the lake, the ferry and the city. Very nice room, new, clean.

There is no parking but was easy to find on the streets around, free at night, has to pay from 8:00. The sofa opens to bed for one (or two little kids). Noise from the traffic, we were on the second floor. Didn't bother us when the window was close.

The apartment is relatively well located within Como

The lights disconnected midnight due to a failure with the recognition of the card. We called the emergency telephone they provided (24 hours) but surpringly it had blocked entry calls, so we could not have lights during our stay. The curtains are electry and were closed for the night so it meant zero visibilty, we had to manage with fridge light and mobile phones. We insisted the two telephones they provided, whatsapp etc but zero attention. The lady that comes to manage the apartments comes maybe only one hour a day whenver she wants and does not care at all about the travellers.
