Great place to stay. Only issue was the sofa's. Very uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Location is out of the congestion of things but within walking distance of a lot. The property is exactly as listed and well supplied with paper products soaps and food prep needs to make the stay stress free. Thoughtfully decorated and clean. Will definitely stay again. Enjoyed a stress-free booking and checkin/checkout process. The management company was good with timely followup to our questions. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked. Both beds were very comfy with nice bedding. The location was great.

Wonderful place to stay. If I had one negative it would be to supply a few more amenities. But overall great place!

Enjoyed our stay with family of 5. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of extra living area gave us plenty of room to enjoy our stay.

Perfect location. 15 minute walk to downtown or a few minutes to the bay. Quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and had lots of natural sunlight.

It was a great place to stay for a mom's wine weekend in Traverse City. It was close to downtown that we could easily access with the free bus or uber.

This property was very clean, spacious, great location and had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The one downfall is the parking since only allowed 1 car per unit. Management company great to work with and they suggested where our extra car could park. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was good. Parking lot is challenging if you have a midsize car or larger. We were in a Ford Explorer and that was pretty difficult to navigate with others in the lot. Just a note....not a complaint. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was like brand new! Check in and communication with owner was super easy and helpful. Condo was within walking distance of a couple restaurants and shops, easy and quick drive to downtown TC. Great neighborhood location. Could use lamps in the family room and/or dimmers on the light switches as the lighting is either too bright or not enough. Overall, great place and great location!

My sister and I rented this apartment for a winter hiking trip. A short drive to Sleeping Bear dunes park which was spectacular. The apartment was perfect for us; spacious clean and well equipped.

This place was perfect! Very clean, modern and perfect accommodations. Easy walk to downtown. Check-in/out was a piece of cake. Will be back here in the future for another stay!

Location was good for getting downtown and the Commons. Clean and nice size rooms, comfortable for our group of four. Easy access.

Upon arrival you see that parking can be a bit of a challenge, especially with a bigger vehicle ( which we have ). However, we learned parking in the street right there was easier and still very convenient. The condo itself was very nice! It was clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything in the kitchen is nicely labeled so you know exactly what should be there. Only thing missing was the casserole dish, there was a label and no dish. The bathrooms were clean as were the floors, which is really nice to not have to Clorox wipe and sweep when you get somewhere. The carefree checkout was awesome, we still cleaned up but it was nice to not have to strip the beds, thank you for that ! Beds were pretty decent. Riley who I dealt with the whole time was great too. I never waited long at all for a response if I had a question. This is a great location with lots of good food choices near by and things to see and do. We all decided this is one place we would rent again in the future.

We had 2 couples for our annual color tour of Traverse City. Never stayed in slabtown before but we loved it. The condo was amazing. Plenty of room and spotless. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return to this condo again!

The condo was very clean, nice furniture, had all the amenities we needed and it had 2 king beds, which is hard to find in vrbo condos these days. Overall it was a great place and would stay there again.

My family enjoyed staying at the Slabtown Suites. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, shopping and the water.

Rental suite was really nice, clean and nicely decorated. Better direction for utilizing the TVs would be useful. Unit in one bedroom would not turn. A small dresser or something similar would be helpful so you had somewhere to lay out your things. It was impressive that everything was labeled. Your not requiring any cleaning by your guests was an unusual and quite nice feature. Thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time! The place was very clean and check in was super easy. Only thing we would change would be to have better lighting in the living room but that’s a trivial thing. We’d definitely stay again!

This property was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the small balcony every morning with my book and coffee. I enjoyed how the two bedrooms are far apart from each other. Nice stay.

We loved this space. It was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. We've stayed in VRBO properties many, many times and this one also stood out for a several reasons: 1. Riley was so responsive for even the simple question we had for him. It was awesome. 2. The booking process and lead up to our trip was well detailed, so we didn't lack for any information. 3. Most properties have a binder that they leave in the unit, and most don't measure up. The information in our unit was very detailed, organized, and useful. Really good. 4. Something you rarely see on properties is an easy check-out day. There were NO requirements on us when checking out. No laundry to do, trash to take out, etc. This was an amazing feature. We'll definitely stay here again.
