Love our stay ,and pup love it too.

Condo was very clean and new. Loved the proximity to downtown Traverse City. Michael was very responsive and always answered all my questions.

Our first visit to TC and with our pup! Location was great and the TART trail right outside the parking lot. Cute neighborhood and very walkable. Downtown Front St is less than 2 miles away. This condo is well appointed, very clean and check in was easy. Our host has thought of and provided everything (even Starbuck's coffee for the Keurig). Will definitely return and look forward to staying here again.

Great condo for a single person or couple. Comfortable bed in a clean and nicely decorated space….open plan kitchen, dining, and living room with separate bedroom and bath. Everything you need and within walking distance to yummy bakery for treats in the morning. Less than two miles to downtown….short drive or leisurely walk in nice weather.

Bed is small, mattress was mushy, furniture not comfortable, place is really small.

Very clean and nicely organized condo only a short few minute drive from downtown TC. Dog friendly complex. Record player was a nice addition. Would recommend.

Convenient condo. A bit outside of town, but worked for our short stay. Very clean except for the rugs.

This was a wonderful place and a great location to everything. The place was the perfect size for us. We were a little sad the needle on the record player was broken, we had LPs from Grand Rapids. Overall recommend to anyone.

My wife and I stayed with our dog and liked being so close to the Traverse Area Recreation Trail. The place was very clean and convenient being on the first floor for quick access outside. Would absolutely stay again in the future!

It was a very nice condo, but the location is on a busy road and not close to much. It is located right on a bike path which was really nice. It was a very good value based on other listings with better locations.

This condo isn't in the heart of downtown but it's very close. We joked that every location we looked up was 5 or 10 minutes away. It's right on the TART so you can walk or bike to many locations as well. It was hot when we were there and we had our dog, so we did more driving than we might have, but everything was very easy to access and the condo was clean and comfortable.

Great little apartment. Very clean and comfortable with more than enough space for a long weekend. Close to downtown with a great bakery and restaurant just around the corner. We’ll be looking to book our next visit soon!

This is a comfortable quiet building in a convenient neighborhood in Traverse City. Communication with the host Michael was prompt and concise. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in away from home. The unit's windows face Garfield Avenue, so the traffic noise is a consistent din throughout the day. The speed limit is only 35mph so it's not terribly disruptive noise. If you're traveling from another city it would probably seem comparatively quiet. The other tenants are very respectful. Quiet hallways. The appliances are all new and in good working order. It's great to have laundry available right in the apartment. The available kitchen utensils are all new and clean. We had no problem cooking breakfast and dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay here with our pup. We took the trail to downtown Traverse City, which was awesome! We also enjoyed having a coffee, listening to the record player each morning.

The apartment is small but was very clean. We never used the washer & dryer but it was GREAT to have them available. The apartment is on the first floor of a fairly large apartment complex, but we only heard any sound from neighbors one time, and that was overhead, briefly, in the late afternoon (not a time that was disturbing). One review mentioned street noise. We travel with a white noise machine anyway, so we had it with us, but we were not at all bothered by any street noise. The location is pretty good - certainly easy to get to in a car, and next to the TART, which is a plus. Having the keyless entry was very good, too. We're also very grateful to the owner for making it pet-friendly! There's a patio door that goes out directly to the street, so that quick "pit-stops" with a dog are pretty easy. Thank you!

Very quiet location and the condo looks exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out. Property manager was prompt and pleasant.

This property was perfect! The location is on the outskirts of the downtown congestion, but only a few blocks away and you are there. Super clean, comfortable, and the host was very quick to respond to all of my questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful for our weekend get away with the pup! Right by the walking trails and nice restaurants. Bed was super comfy!!

We really enjoyed our time here except when we walked in there was a funky smell like a dirty garbage disposal. But we opened the window and burned a candle and it seemed to go away. Great location though!
