A wonderful stay and beautiful house with prompt service from the owner.

The house is beautiful and very clean. My wife has told me at least 93 times that she loved it there. The kitchenette upstairs was very nice. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We normally don't stay in the same place twice when we travel but we will be returning to this property when we come back to the area.

We stayed here because we had an early flight and it was perfect for my family. Everything was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again for sure if we’re in the area.

We loved this place and will be back. We were visiting our son at UC and this was only 10 mins from campus, so a perfect location and allowed us more room to spread out than a hotel. The home is very clean and well appointed. Decorated beautifully and very spacious. Easy check in and out process.

We absolutely adored this home! It was exactly as advertised. Atmosphere was very homey and comfortable.
I loved the surrounding neighborhood as well. Everyone went all out decorating for Halloween. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Ben's property. The home is beautiful and has all the conveniences you would need and more. The upstairs coffee station is a real winner and the beds are amazingly comfortable.

Such a DARLING house! We went on a couples’ weekend trip to Cincinnati and loved this cute house! Old enough to have quaint character but definitely modernized with all the accommodations. Easy check-in and check-out process. Super close to Covington and Downtown Cinci (about 10 minutes). Honestly we all wished we had made it a long weekend trip so we could enjoy the house longer! Thanks for such a great experience!

This townhouse was perfect for our family of 4! It was clean, well stocked, quiet, beautifully decorated and very cozy. Previous reviews had mentioned the road noise but it's really not very bad at all. It was nice to sit on the back patio and relax. I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to the Kentucky/Cincinnati area. Thank you Ben and Rachel!!

Super clean, historic, and beautifully decorated property! They truly thought of everything. Our family enjoyed the proximity to Devou Park for the walking and mountain biking trails.

Wonderful place! It’s super cute decorated inside and looks brand new! It was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable! Definitely will come back with my family for sure! Safe neighborhood and right down the street from Cinci and all of the things to do like the zoo, aquarium and children’s museum! Highly recommend 10/10!

We stayed 3 nights while visiting Cincinnati the home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, but road noise was louder than expected. Communication with host was good.

My husband and I traveled to Kentucky to visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The ride up was beautiful and so was the home we stayed in. Ben and Rachel were awesome hosts! We met them on our arrival as they were working in the back yard and on another property they hope to add to Vrbo. The home was absolutely gorgeous and the location was close to everything. We had lunch in Cincinnati, Ohio (10 mins away) and then dinner in Lawerenceburg, Indiana (30 mins away). The home was comfortable, beautifully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely love to come visit again!

I stayed one night with my two best friends. We were looking to escape from our busy lives and connect with one another in a lovely setting. This house is beautiful and full of architectural charm. Everything is as described, maybe better. The beds are very comfortable. Sofa is large and comfy. There’s a cute outdoor patio and seating area. The upstairs kitchen is a special spot for morning coffee. Everything feels very new and tastefully decorated with a feminine touch. Check in was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and it’s a quick drive to Cincy or Covington. I highly recommend this property.

We came into town for a short trip and this property is beautiful! It's been lovingly cared for. The neighborhood is super cute and friendly. There is a nice local coffee shop down the street and a lovely market for Amish goods. The beds are really comfortable! Thank you again!

This Jem is an amazing in place in the heart of Ludlow, Ky. The house is exquisitely decorated and lovely restored 1800s house. The house is a short Uber to downtown Cincinnati and a shorter walk to our favorite places in Ludlow - Taste on Elm and Bircus. Thanks! Frank
