Room was clean, but furniture and other facilities leave much to be desired.

Good location...glad they got me a room on the 1st floor by the front door as requested...the shower was nice...

The noise from the adjoining room, paper thin walls, hard chairs, dog food on floor in bathroom, bathroom door too close to toilet & didn't shut, bottom of bathroom door all chewed up, very small bathroom...

Nothing. Staff was rude and when you try to talk to them, they claim they cannot understand or speak English.

First I booked my efficiency/studio and then when I got there, they claimed that Booking.com screwed up my reservation and booked me at the wrong location. They claimed that they could NOT fix the issue or refund me the difference between the studio reservation and basic room they gave me. I sent an email to Motel6 corporate and it was returned undeliverable. We had to stay for an additional week and they pulled the same scam with the room again. Manager refused to refund me the difference and when we asked (it had to be daily) for housekeeping, they would either not show up at all or they would come very very late in the day and then only sweep the floor and hand me towels and a roll of toilet paper.

All the homeless and junkies hanging around. You book and pay for an efficiency and when you get there they do the “bait and switch” act on you. They blame Booking.com, saying that there app, books the wrong motel and charges the wrong amount and that I should call and complain to Booking.com for incorrectly charging me and for screwing up my reservation. Funny how I’ve been using this app for years now and this is the only Motel that has this issue. I definitely want to speak with someone at Booking.com because I was over charged 3 times for this reservation

Nothing

Room was dirty, refrigerator was broken and dirty. Toilet was broken, shower was filthy, roaches in bathroom behind the toilet. Had to chase down housekeepers daily to get garbage removed, clean sheets, towels and toilet paper. Ended up having to clean the room myself and when you speak to front desk and Manager they blame other staff, you or the weather. I’ve never been to such a nasty place. The manager smiles to your face then proceeds to speak about you to other staff in Spanish, making fun of people and talking nasty about them. No one answers the phone so you have to constantly go to the front desk, ring the bell and stand around and wait for an employee to show up. Then you’d ask for whatever you need, garbage bag, toilet paper, towels, etc. and they either don’t have it or tell you that you have to wait til the next day. I went to the store and bought bags and toilet paper because when you have to go, you can’t wait!

Price

Everything. Room was not cleaned with my stay of 3 nights, I had to go and get fresh towels everyday, parking was horrible, concerned my vehicle would get hit and no amenities except for a vending machine.

Location and price were on point and exactly what we were looking for.

The front door did not close all the way, nor did the bathroom door.

Everything! I was charged at desk for deposit cleaning fee and 2 weeks later had to call to be returned. Nothing worked in room. The pillows looked and felt like they had been found in trash. I will never stay here again.
