I loved the location and the staff was great. The inside pool was amazing and fun. The breakfast choices were great and all that was tried was delicious. Absolutely loved the pillows!! The room itself was nice and clean.

The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was sticky, almost fell in the tub, water pressure was horrible, major build up of nasty in the vents, and major dirt and dead skin build up on the counter and under the counter.

Front desk and staff they were very frindly ,the room is clean and comfortable ,the breackfast is good and even the resturant is very nice ,they are taking care off the facilty .

Over all it was avery good experince .

Loved the breakfast! Omelets made to order each morning, along with many other hot food choices and lots of different juice choices too! The lobby area is great and relaxing. Our son had a blast playing ping pong and hockey with other kids in the hotel. They also have a washer and dryer guests have access to, which was great for us.

I believe because we booked thru 3rd party, we were put on the 2nd floor of the hotel where there is no elevator. At 66 years old this was a trek getting our belongings up and down the stair case. We were very disappointed in the meals we ate (tried to eat) one night in the restaurant. We ordered prime rib and pork chops, both with mashed potatoes. It was pricey, and nasty. The food was not served hot, and both meats were rubbery? The food tasted old and warmed up. We did not complain to staff, but I hate not to warn others.

Lobby was nice.

Room was gross. Wall was peeling in bathroom. The floor around the toilet had some sticky grey stuff on it. Sheets, pillow cases, and blankets were not clean. They had what I could only assume was food stains on them. Toilet did not stay up so I had to hold it up to pee ceiling had water leak stains on the grid. No fan in bathroom.

Everything was great, the front desk employees were awesome, Everything was beautiful and clean ❤️ 👏

Great breakfast. Large and comfortable room with very good beds. Staff very courteous and professional. Excellent value for money.
