Staff seemed friendly, lobby looked nice.

Bathroom area setup very inconvenient, hit my arm on the bar several times.. Extremely high sink. No lighting for full mirror. Poor breakfast selection.

Breakfast was good - really like all of the options they had. The bed was also comfy, and our room was quiet

The lobby floor was visibly dirty and there were bags of trash outside peoples doors in the hallways. Also, a lady at the front desk made us wait for her oncoming co-worker to arrive in order for us to check out. Kind of unprofessional. When we checked in it took 45 minutes of waiting in line because no one was at the front desk.

My air conditioning in our room didn’t work the first 24 hours. Our rooms were supposed to be close and they were not.

Great location; easy to get to everything. The breakfasts were great. The front desk staff was VERY helpful sorting out a mix up with our reservation.

The couch bed wasn't super comfortable, but I guess that's to be expected.

If you book on booking, Expedia, or any other 3rd party, they will give your room away. We did not get to stay at this location. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be with the situation. I am not sure whose “fault” it is, but I was told that your reservation isn’t guaranteed when using 3rd party booking.

I was really surprised there was No decaf coffee available. Manager's evening social was only on a Wednesday yet daily rate had not been reduced No housekeeping yet daily rate not reduced Tried to charge me over $50 more than reservation price, apparently because l had booked through booking.com

I didn’t like anything about this hotel

We stayed a week and out of that week there wasn’t a single day where the halls didn’t stink No one cleans there’s always trash everywhere the floors aren’t cleaned housekeeping never came to our room

The receptionist and managers. Even the cleanliness of the hotel. We supposed to be in our room by 3 pm but our room was not ready until 6:30 pm .Even they don’t apologize for the inconvenience.

Sheets and bedding were worn, need to be updated. Bed could have been made better, bedskirt not put on properly.

We got a refund and left because the room was not clean , the was an objectionable smell, the trash was not emptied and a bug jumped on my wife that had a strong resemblance to a bedbug.

The lady at the front desk the next day was not very friendly! I had my son with his service dog & a family friend with her service dog and she questioned the fact that I had 2 service dogs with me (I even had one of them with me when I went to the front desk). I went to let the hotel know that I had a doctors appointment for my son and the other adult in the room was still sleeping but if she needed anything it was okay. She looked at my account and saw that I had 2 service dogs listed and she said “you have 2 service dogs?” And I said “yes!” And she said “if you say so!” And I said “I do say so and you can see that I have the one right here (because he is my son’s) who has a vest on with service dog credentials (an actual service dog card with my sons pic where he was an actual registered service dog), and then the other one is up in the room with it’s person!” So, I did not like the attitude, especially, about that! It is hard enough to deal with the public (we deal with nasty remarks when we go into restaurants, stores, etc.) because they don’t understand how important this dog is for my son’s medical needs (seizures, right side weakness, forgetfulness, all stemming from a brain bleed when he was 10, now 16), we should not have to deal with it when we are coming to stay at a hotel because we have doctors appointments for my son for his disabilities and we just want to be able to rest in a peaceful setting without judgment!
