It is a building of small apartments with a front desk. Perfect for our needs. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. Location wmade it very easy to see the sights we had on our trip.

The booking was as expeczted (great) so I can't think of anything that would make a meaningful improvement.

Hotel's location is quite near by Hyde Park, paddington and other good place to enjoy, hotels staff is very kind and helpful during our stay. they made our vacation comfortable!

The location was good just 10 mins walk to Paddington station in a relatively quiet area. The room sizes were lovely and bright and airy. The air con was good.

Two bedroom balcony apartment The photos of this apartment on all sites should not be taken as representative of the condition.. we were charged a 500 pound damage deposit on arrival and passports for all guests had to be produced!! . The damage in the apartment was the worst I've seen in over 40 years, from terribly stained carpets to damaged woodwork, tables, curtains, wood flooring, curtains, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances. A filthy balcony with rusty and potentially unsafe ironwork. The apartment cost over 800 pounds for two nights. To make matters worse the walls and ceilings are not sound insulated. Occupants made loud noise for over two hours jumping around and banging furniture. When told, management refused to do anything about their behaviour saying that they had a long stay booking. We checked out, was promised a director call that never happened and had to make other arrangements. We had stayed in order to have a hospital operation but management didn't seem to care!. We were initially " fobbed off" with a 300 pound refund on a 860 pound booking and only after great difficulty was offered a full refund but no offer towards our extra outlay even though reception staff knew of the apartment condition and acknowledged it. Do Not stay here! . This company own lots of apartments in London and I shall ensure I do not use them again given their customer service.

Very nice and elegant deco, all appliances are in good conditions, clean sheets and towels. Staffs were very accommodative and helpful in every aspect.

We were staying at room 102 and few time we had a sleepless nites as noises (ppl walking n stomping in the middle of the nite 3-5am) came from the upper level (i reckon room 202). hope the hotel can find way to solve the issue as it’s really frustrating when u cant have a sound sleep especially when u travel with kids.

it’s 5 minutes walk from Hyde park. and almost 5 minutes from two train stations.

the bed smells like p*ss when we first arrived. we were promised to have a bidet ( a special arab thing, its called water spray sometimes) but unfortunately didn’t fulfill their promises , we even called them but we got no help. the water smell like an old pipe that is so rusty and a thousand years old. there is no elevator to our apartment which was in the first floor (but we got help we we arrived, but unfortunately not when we were leaving). The flat was extremely pricey for what we got. overall im very disappointed, I would not recommend AT ALL.
