The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you for making my birthday dinner a really memorable one ! It was a pleasant surprise to receive a birthday cake from you.

Staff was welcoming, property is well cared for, breakfast was lovely on the patio, Austrian charm was heartwarming, which we love to see every time we visit Austria. Thank you for having us!

Service was impeccable! It was 5-star service! Hotel was beautiful and breakfast was superb. Restaurant was elegant and traditional. Sauna, pool was so relaxing. Reception was very helpful in any kind of inquiries. I had a magical time; thank you!

Room and bed. Room was cold and old style. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was very old fashion. Room was disappointing as well as bed's comfort level.

Everything was perfect. The parking, pool, Michelin restaurant the room itself and the staff were the best.

The breakfast was good and having it at the garden was special. The staff are really friendly and attentive to our needs.

Location is bit far from the centre.

The swimming pool and sauna were fantastic and almost completely private. The breakfast was great : fresh orange juice, homemade jam and paté. fresh bread. bio eggs made on demand. We had a great stay. 15 minutes away with the bus from the old town.

The room, sheets and towels were clean, there was a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the Austrian mountains. There was a fitness room with sports equipment as well as a pool and sauna, which is open every time, except for cleaning time in the morning. The breakfast was good, I first time tasted Bri cheese here, and loved it here

The door handle of the wardrobe was broken. Also, the fitness room is very close to sauna and swimming pool, and it's closed in the morning, that I didn't like.

Atmosphere. Very good food in the restaurant.

Breakfast could have been better at such hotel, but this is the only thing.

Location is special, very convenient, both close to the highway as well as very close to center of Salzburg. Atmosphere and furniture in hotel is very charming. Everything looks very good. All you need can be found in hotel rooms. Restaurant and restaurant garden looks good and food is very good quality. Feels like a family owned property. You don't expect such a charming hotel that close to the highway actually. Was very surprising to us.

Travelled with my daughter, the reception was very friendly, we just booked the last room and they were really busy but remained courteous and friendly. Dinner was nice, friendly staff, no waiting, lovely wine all in that unmistakably Austrian setting. Breakfast with fresh fruit, bread and cold cuts, I missed a boiled egg, but didn’t ask for it. I’m sure they would have provided it to order. The garden is very nice to have breakfast, some noise from traffic and the nearby airport. The taxi takes you to the center in 12 minutes (€ 15,00) and in a shorter time to the airport.

Not much, the establishment met our expectations

The breakfast was included and very good. The whole experience was a traditional Austrian experience. The hotel was not close to the old historic part of Salzburg but a taxi ride for 2 was about 8 Euro. They had an indoor swimming pool, a great view of the mountains, an authentic Austrian restaurant, and a small indoor pub for conversations. The bed was comfortable.
