Ijskast was niet koud kamer 2318. Ik heb al paar keer gelogeerd bij Ritz kreeg altijd wijn bij lunch behalve dit jaar (verblijf 24-27 October 2023), heel jammer dat enkel bij avondeten.

on the first day we were called from our restaurant, where we had all inclusive, to the restaurant on the 6th floor, where the chef presented a 6-course dinner. all the food was delicious. But there is one thing: people nearby poured a glass of wine. we were bypassed. it was very humiliating. we had full board and included free alcohol in this hotel. When we offered to pour a glass of wine, they offered it to us for money. I consider this an unacceptable, degrading human dignity, considering his stay at the hotel completely ruined. Now about the service in our restaurant: it was, to put it mildly, unsatisfactory.
when you eat, the waiters do not follow and do not clean the table on time, which is why a mountain of dirty dishes accumulates on the table. Coffee was served, no sugar was served. when they brought sugar they did not give a spoon than you can put sugar. Everything needs to be asked for all the time.
when reserved, they asked if they had game wine for breakfast in full board - they said it would be. the result was nothing.
Service is intrusive.
There is no logic in many points.
The sauna on the 1st floor was missing a facial tonic which we didn't touch.
Upon check-in, all accessories were for 1 person, including a bathrobe. Although the booking indicated 2 people. In this connection, I had to call, ask, wait, which I consider unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

The food options on the concierge floors were excellent. We very much enjoyed the lunch and dinner service. I wish I had arrived earlier for breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even the chef came by to check in on us during dinner. The room was exceptional, exactly what I expect from a Ritz, and why I chose your property.
There was a small glitch when I arrived, my booking.com reservation was not honored, so I had to pay a bit more. But that’s not the fault of the Ritz, that was a problem with booking.com. Pro tip: book directly, and have the hotel pick you up and drop you off, to save time and effort.

The location was excellent and the view from the room was great. The room was inclusive of all meals i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, and for happy hours and they were awesome. The staff from the security guard, the bellboys, reception, and the lounge at level 21 were very friendly and accommodating, and one felt welcomed. I had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Willmer who went around to all the tables and inquired about the food and the services. That is something rare in hotels nowadays.
The noise from the traffic outside was very disappointing. The hotel needs to improve its soundproofing such as better double glazing for the windows and better soundproofing for the walls.

it can be quite far from other areas but is really close to the CBD area. it is really an ideal location for work.

Service is excellence. Clubs floor free flow of food and bewerage is excellence. I got the bigger room and the room is huge with Jacuzzi and sauna. very good view from the room.
Unfortunately i got a noisy room facing the noisy traffic. And may even be having some issue with wind noise. Hence in the dead silent of the night its very loud.

the location is really the best with direct entrance to a shopping mall and a short walk to the most vibrant area in Jakarta.
the room is spacious, nicely decorated, well appointed and functional.
the food choice is great and the quality is okay.
the service is the reason to go back and the staff deserve 11 out of 10 !!!
hard to fault it actually and the relatively small lobby area is a structural issue that the RC management can do nothing about it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Kids were so happy because they were treated nicely, especially in the Club Lounge. It’s so nice when everyone remembers your name. It was a great stay.
