- Big room. - Good location in South Jakarta. - This was once a very beautiful hotel. - Staff in general very friendly and helpful

- Unfortunately not well maintained (spots on carpet and wall, black stains in shower, some lights and sockets not working,...) - Disappointing breakfast (f.e. bread products were stale and obviously not fresh) - Staff at breakfast are not interested in their job and/or the guests

Maybe need to change the towel. It's not white anymore.

Breakfast, property and facilities maintenance, bed sheets, bathroom & toilets , I don't think this is 5 star hotel. this place is equivalent to 3 star facilities.

Complete disregard towards request for specific invoice. Dumb excuse that this is not possible due to booking via booking.com while this is not an issue at any other hotel I stay

The room was nice and clean

The room was not sound proof. I can hear loud music either for the club downstairs until 2am.

Staff was super friendly. Room was set up well and bed was comfortable. Good range of foods for breakfast.

Bathroom had a real bad smell when we got in and smell didnt go away even after housekeeping. Toilet and shower had stains and the towels as well. No hot water and quite noisy from bar/club on 3rd floor
