Room service was prepare quick and accurate

Room very old , alarm o'clock set at 6am and 7 am couldn't stop it or change . Room control system very old . Too bad room spacious but all very dated . Even restaurant Asia looks old , display not attractive .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room and clean room. Fast room service when question or with food delivery.

Delicious breakfast on executive floor, as well as afternoon tea. Got a room upgrade... Friendly staff. Magnificent pool, open 24x7. I enjoyed!

Staff had been very attendive and carring. The Club Room was very good for having business meetings.

Breakfast is good, room and bathroom is huge, the hotel upgrade my booking to double bed with no extra cost.

We were welcomed with pretty decos in the room. How very thoughtful of them. And the staffs are so friendly, super duper helpful. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay. Thanks to Iwan, Dita and theres one lady i dint get to ask her name (she even came us to personally bid goodbye when we were about to grab a cab to the airport). They were able to fulfil all of our requests, even at 1am- looking for taxis from Ancol to the hotel. Thank you very much! We had a great time staying at Ritz Carlton.
