the views were amazing and the room was cute. the staff were nice and helpful and gave us a contact for a taxi throughout the trip

the location required a taxi everywhere which is normal is sorrento but it became quite expensive

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony had a great view of the sea and the Napoli coast.

We didn’t like checking in at another property that is a considerable distance from the M Suites, too far for a walk with luggage.

It was a wonderful, romantic apartment, with a magical seaview, we were out of breath. In the elegant hotel where we got the keys they were waiting for us with welcome drinks on terrace and the home owner brought us to our apartment on a mountain with. He was very nice and gave us all the important information we needed. Sorrento and the beautiful house of the grandpa were locked in our heart.

Nice modern apartment with balcony, high up a hill with a great view. Staff lovely and extremely helpful.

High up a hill, so difficult to get to on small one-lane roads. While it’s indicated parking is at the property, it’s not, but close by a bit further down the hill. Too far from to walk down to Sorrento, and would be too difficult to walk back up the hill.

This place was an absolutely stunning and quaint in every way. The view was incredible and we loved our kitchen and balcony and laundry!! It was a great change of pace compared to the other tiny places we stayed! It is a short walk to Sorrento downtown (btw there is a short cut, which is public property and very messy the neighborhood should clean it up!) so we took the long way which was still very short. We were able to cook and enjoy a wonderful stay! And do our laundry! The host was very flexible too and helpful!

Nothing we liked everything

The view was amazing. The sister hotel staff were wonderful and stored our luggage and helped us secure taxis and gave us some helpful advice. Rita was kind and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was sufficient with toiletries and towels/linen. It was fairly quiet while we were there. Lighting was good in rooms and o.k. in bathroom (I'm older and need bright lights in the bathroom to see to put on make-up). A/C was good but didn't need to use it much at all as there was a nice breeze through the home with windows opened.

Our daughters slept on the sofa bed and found 2 clipped red-polished fingernails in amongst their sheets. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood up on the hill. Rita was gracious and attentive as a host and spoke English fairly well. We loved sitting on the terrace overlooking Saint’Agnello and Sorrento with a view over the Bay of Napoli and Mount Vesuvius. Sunsets were stunning. The kitchen well equipped and very nice bathroom. Air conditioning was excellent and easy to use.

The wifi was very poor so not great if you wanted to watch anything in English (Netflix etc. ) The sister hotel Mediterranean was luxurious but almost 1.5 km away, and although not bad on the way down for a nice walk, about 15 minutes, the way back up was always tough as you are way up the hill, which of course is why the views are so spectacular. Although close, the cab they called for us to reach the property charged 30 euros. Trying to avoid taxis made for a huge effort going back.

Fantastic view, large rooms, well equipped, very easy and good communication!

Driving a car is a challenge, if you are not used to drive in such areas.
