Nos gusto mucho la ubicación, la cabaña estuvo muy bien, siento que solo fallo, en que no teníamos ningún lugar como para acomodar la maleta o dejar la ropita (como para colgar el paño), aparte de eso nos encanto, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal es super amable, nos encanto la fogata en la noche (aunque por cansancio no pudimos disfrutarla la segunda noche) nos ayudaron con los tours y lugares para visitar.

No teníamos ningún lugar como para acomodar la maleta o dejar la ropita (como para colgar el paño). Pero me parece que es algo mínimo, (se coloco sobre la refri, estrecho pero nos las arreglamos).

Absolutely fantastic spot, everything was great. Staff were fantastic, breakfast amazing and the cabins very comfortable. Perfect location and beautiful scenery all around!

Only issue was check-in. When we arrived no one was around and the reception was closed. However we managed to get hold of the team and they quickly came over to help. Turns out our booking was missing but it was all resolved very quickly and the guys were amazing!

Nice experience with the glamping. There is a bonfire in the evening in company of two sweet cats. One of them loves jumping on your lap while you're sitting next to the bonfire. Our little cottage had its own bathroom and a little corridor where you can sit in front of the window and enjoy the view (unfortunately we had a rainy day so we don't see that much of the landscape). Actually the day we stayed at Casa Tucan was pretty cold, so I had to sleep in my warm jacket. The tipical costarican breakfast in Casa Tucan was delicious! (But I would not recommend to eat in the soda across the street. That was one of the worst meals I had)

We were a little confused about our cottage, because the pictures just show one of the cottages (the nicest one). Therefor our expectations were not fulfilled. Nevertheless a cool place to stay. I wished there was a extra warm blanket for the night.

The location is great, very close to the volcano. The breakfast they gave us was delicious. The firepit was very cool also. And there are a lot of options to buy food and stuff near the place.

We just found some used soap and shampoo on the bathroom from previous guests probably. That made us think about how deep is the cleaning process after every checkout. Not a big deal, just something they can reinforce.
