We stayed in apt 9, which had one of the better views compared to some of the other apt’s. the balcony was large enough for 2

at first we had a blocked shower drain- but it was quickly sorted out by staff.

Location to the Main Street and activities was superb! Close to the beach , shops,restaurants and marina. The pool is a great size and facilities were clean and well taken care of.

The bed was quite hard. There was only 1 very light blanket which was inadequate. No doona or even extra blankets on site.

Location was great easy walk to shops nice & quiet .

close to the town. Apartment on the whole was good.

the Foxtel is very out of date and needs an upgrade. The tapware in the bathroom needs replacing. we had to get a plumber in to replace the taps in the shower. The fans were very dirty.

The location was perfect, such a short walk to the main strip and the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Relatively clean, working air conditioning, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. After hours assitance is available with a simple phone call and was very helpful when we got locked out of our room.

Dinnerware and cutlery were not clean (guests expected to clean them with a $25 fee charged for not washing your dishes or removing the rubbish when checking out but these were clearly not checked or cleaned by staff). Shower Caddy was full of rust (scratched self on shower caddy requiring tetnis shot). It would be difficult to access many rooms and facilities (such as the laundry) for anyone unable to walk up and down the flights of stairs.

property was great not sure if they have permanent residence had a lady knock on the door twice to ask us to close the door quite which we were trying to do unfortunately sometimes the door shut it’s self when you where carrying shopping in
