No room heater provided due to under renovation.But they ready to provide within short period.

that we had to ask 3 times for toilet paper, once from the maid who told us it was finished!!! asked the owner on our way out and when we got back at 8pm, had to ask the night Reception. this happened in may too, we were told to buy our own!!!!

The location, facilities of the rooms are great. Everyone in the group loves it.

breakfast was served in a kind of slowdown manner while kids are kind of hungry, and was with only few variety of food.

credit card used and get paid weeks before, the swimming pool is very small, it’s good for couples and small families, the room located in the back side near car parks!! the value of money is not very good.

Location was excellent, room was cleaned every day. Pool was small but very clean with a great view from the roof top. Reception staff were lovely always greeted us with a smile and a hello.

No kettle or toaster in room would have been nice to be able to do a little breakfast in the morning. Only one pan no cooking utensils only cutlery. Although room was cleaned every day there seemed to be an issue with providing toilet rolls, we only had one between two of us,& on a couple of occasions had to ask the cleaner for one as none was left. Fortunately we bought our own toilet wipes or this could have been an issue. The light outside the room did not come on at night so when we came back after an evening out, had to stand under the room door a door away as next doors didn't work either so we could see to unlock the door. Could do with a sheet under the blanket on the beds as it was a little rough.

The view of the roof was pefect.

I expected an open buffet breakfast but it is not like that

The breakfast is very poor and without variety, we were 4 persons, and they provided portions as for one, just eggs were 4... Had to ask for more towels, besides the fact that we were 4 almost adult persons, also had to ask for blankets, very poor English, so difficult to communicate. The pool on the roof clean, but too small.

The beach which is very near is awful, dirty a d a lot of people and dogs, which make a lor of dirt. If you do not have a car, and rely just on the Ladies beach- you will have a spoiled Holliday. Kusadasi is nice, crowded, with good places to visit and eat.

The nearest hotel’s people were very loud. In common it is good hotel with a good staff. Very close to the see but the beach was crowded

It's very clean. Sea is close. There are a lot of restaurants in the near of hotel and centre is not far away. Nedzad and Dzelal are kind and good staff.

First of all we had problems with our rooms, they didn't put us like we booked on booking and we had to argue to get normal rooms. Air condition isn't working as it supposed to work. Sea is very close to the hotel but in the street in front of hotel is a lot of traffic and you can hear everything from room even if you close all doors and windows. Staff is okay except recptionist who is very unkind and awful. We had problem with parking also because they didn't have normal parking instead they just put car behind each other and then one guest call police to us because of bad parking. When the police came hotel staff didn't support us instead they protect themselves, but it was them who told us where to park. Breakfast is every day same but it's okay.

Cozy nice hotel, close to the beach, în Ladies Beach area, with many Markets and restaurants around, turkish bazar very close. friendly atmosphere, friendly helpful people. Perfect location, i strongly recomand it for a perfect holiday!

Everything was on the high level, we enjoyed our time in Rosy, clean, beautiful view, friendly personal, and coolest pool on the roof😍👌🏻If i’ll come in Kusadasi i’d definately stay there again without hesitation. BTW they have best location, and bus station is right in front of hotel

Nice view from terrace for breakfast. Clean.

Breakfast is poor - all people bring with them additional food. But the worst thing is that I booked room with sea view for two nights - it was more expensive than others, and when we come in hotel we get the room with parking view. They just don’t care about guests wishes. I have to call booking call center to get normal price for that room without a view.

Good location - quiet place near the beach, very friendly and helpful staff, proper "turkish" breakfast. Room is spacy enough for 4 people.

As nights are already cool in October - some blanket would be a good idea to envisage ;-)

I don't understand the negative comments for this hotel. Of course it is not a 5 stsrs hotel but the price-quality is amazing. The room with sea views was correct but the swimming pool in the terrace is amazing. One minute walking to the beach. Perfect location but be aware because the location on Google maps is not correct. Is about 200 meters ahead in the same street. Thanks for an amazing weekend!!!

Maybe towels could be newer but for the price you cannot ask for more...
