Me encantó el trato de Ado , de Juan , y de Eduardo ( creo se llame asi :D) en el recibirme y durante mi estancia.Fueron muy amables . La ubicacion es perfecta, el hostel se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos a pié del portal maya o del muelle del los ferry para ir a Cozumel .Llegué con un autobus de ADO, la parada está a dos cuadras del hostel .Yo dormi en un cuarto compartido con baño y ducha. Hay lockers en el cuarto para poner tus cosas. Compré unas cosas en un supermercado cercano y cociné mi comida en la cocina compartida donde se encuentran sartenes, platos ,cubiertos y vasos ,un refri y una cocina a gas sin horno. Hay en la azotea una alberca y espacio para convivir. Hacen musica en la noche .Internet disponible free,en la zona lobby. Recomendado ampliamente.

Que tiene cocina, y pusieron hornallas eléctricas nuevas.
Que no tiene etiquetas para poner el nombre de la persona dueña de esa comida cuando se guarda en la heladera. Y que cada huésped maneje su comida que no toque la del resto, no estoy diciendo que usan lo que vos compraste, si no que sacan la tuya para utilizar la de ellos y se olvidan de guardar tu comida en la heladera.

l'emplacement , l'eau chaude, la pression de la douche, la possibilité de faire cuire des choses , frigo, normalement l'hostel charge pour l'eau, mais je n'ai rien payé sur ce point....
si vous voulez des serviettes pour la douche , il fait payé....n'est pas inclus avec l'hébergement, mais j'avais les miennes

Debería haber reglas de uso, la chica que estaba a mi lado tenía un tiradero en la cama y en el piso, lo que da mal aspecto.

Tem muitas camas em um quarto e a limpeza na era muito boa e só tinha um só chuveiro pra 16 cama as e quarto . Tinha que esperar demasiado só pra tomar banho. E o café de manhã só serviam café sem nada mais

Perfect location. Quiet area, very close to the main street and the beach. 7-eleven on the other side of the street. Calm hostel with not much going on. Great if you want to relax and avoid party hostels.

I had to change hostel in the middle of the night and was warmly welcome by the receptionist, who was extremely nice and helpful. A huge thanks to him!

The hostel is in an excellent position, close to the bus station, beach and all amenities. The voluntary staff on reception were very friendly and efficient as were the cleaning staff. The hostel was quiet at the time I was there which was much appreciated. The fabulous new kitchen with a seating area was the draw for me. The 12 bed female dorm is equipped with air conditioning and fans and an ensuite bathroom. The beds are very comfortable.
I thought the female dorm was a bit pricey considering there are 12 beds, although the mixed dorm is better value.

I've stayed in 5+ hostels in Playa. This is the best one. If you're worried where to stay, stay here and worry about other things instead :)
The air conditioning was on at a certain time, and the windows all over the hostel were wide open. Invitation for bugs and mosquitoes

gorgeous brand new kitchen, incredible location (3 mins walk to turística bus station, same distance to beach), big rooftop space, super friendly staff!! coffee in the mornings is a nice touch as well, you can play Netflix in the kitchen/dining area. also the super cute kitty was my favourite part!
I don’t think this property should be open during renovations. No real hostel vibe, only one dorm now and at one point there was only 2 other people staying in the whole place. construction day and night, no lounge area (cushioned seating)/privacy on rooftop yet so using the pool was awkward, no events or tours thru the hostel to meet people, and there were a couple people that would come stay for one night, sleep in their clothes (and no luggage), and leave the next morning so I’m not sure what was happening there. kitchen that I mentioned was really nice was missing a few key things to make it really usable, and half the stove elements kind of smoked and smelled bad when you turned them on

Joy on the front desk is nice.. unfortunately that's the best it gets. The hostel is under renovation and the entire property is basically closed. No common area, no bar, no other travellers...no vibe or soul.
Description of this place is a complete lie. It's basically closed.. only 1 dorm is open and the rest of the place is under construction.. building rubble and the smell of wet paint is a huge issue. I tried to check out after the first night but they refused to give me a refund even after booking.com got involved..the good reviews of this hostel are old from when it was a party hostel

The pillows were fabulous and the staff member Jennifer (I think that's her name) was very sweet and helpful. Location is good and close to everything.
The downstairs communal area was too hot with not AC. Very uncomfortable.

The hostel has plenty of areas to hang out including a nice rooftop. The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. The location is perfectly located close to avenida quinta and the beach but not too noisy.

Great location, spacious and secure rooms with card entry. I liked that the dorm room had it's own bathroom and the rooftop area was nice.
Nowhere to hang wet clothes or swimwear to dry. Kitchen was small for the amount of people staying there.
