We loved everything!! Food- meals!! Breakfast and dinner were included in the package. Sumptuous buffet. Incredible array of dishes, for all palates and tastes. Attention to our requirements was meticulously given. Some of our group could not have spicy food, arrangements were made to have the less spicy versions served. The chefs-Nasir- head chef and Tapan took particular care to make our meal times amazing. The staff throughout the property were helpful, cordial and attentive. Made us feel like royalty! Located on the banks of the Kabini River, the surroundings are mesmerizingly beautiful. Totally relaxing, quiet and peaceful with the chirping of myriad birds from dawn to dusk along with the gentle lapping sound of water, it was a holiday which exceeded expectations of all. The layout of the common areas, reading room, infinity pool, dining areas provided for maximum visibility of the beautiful kabini river . The cottages are spread out over 15 acres, so well laid out that there is complete privacy provided to all visitors, never a feeling of crowding . We stayed in pool huts which were well appointed- the bathroom with the plants inside was delightful. The pool with jacuzzi effect was perfect for relaxing after the safaris. Filtered water machine in each room ensured we never wanted for drinking water. Fruits, sweets, biscuits, nuts and so much more were replenished daily. Many complimentary activities were provided- tribal dance, jungle walk, night walk, among others. Bicycles were free to use. Tribal village visit n bullock cart ride were chargeable. As we were leaving for the long drive back to Bangalore , we were given sandwiches n fruit n water for the journey ...totally won our hearts! Definitely want to come back ... We saw many birds n animals but will come back especially as we have to still see the big cats!

The access road needs to be improved. I was told that it's in the process of getting done...Hopefully soon!

My wife and I stayed at Kabini for four nights for our anniversary, and this was one of the most special stays we have ever had. The property is stunning, and what makes it even more beautiful is the excellent, courteous, and accommodating staff. Everything from the room to the food to the spa to the vibe of the property and the courtesy of the team is outstanding. One must experience the massages the spa has to offer. The food that Chef Satya and the team prepared was extraordinarily delicious and varied. We loved the breakfast and the dinner spread, which was different daily. A special thanks to Jithin for going out of his way to tend to requests and the team to accommodate the requests. The activities they offer are varied, and one must experience all of them. A huge thumbs up to Shanmuga, Lakshmana and the entire naturalists' team that make it possible. All of these people made our anniversary holiday extremely memorable. We would love to stay here again and meet all of these beautiful people again.

Bible in the room. I asked it to be removed. They did not. This is not an opportunity to spread religion. There should be no religious books in the room I have paid for. This factor prevented two of my friends visiting.
