What a wonderful place!! We were close to everything downtown and a short easy (flat) walk to the prettiest beach in the world! The pool was refreshing and the perfect end to several long beach days! This condo was stocked with everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!!

You cannot beat the location of this property - just a few minutes walk into both the main strip of restaurants, bars, shops and a few minutes walk the other direction to Grace Bay Beach. Property was clean and as it looks in the photos. We loved the pool, and although there is construction next door, we did not find it bothersome (maybe we are heavier sleepers?!). All in all, would definitely recommend.

Great location with easy walk to shops and restaurants. There was no mention of a huge condo building going up next door, sometimes extremely noisy. Beach an easy 5 min walk, and it was gorgeous! We had an early flight so had to wait a few hours to get into the condo. Plenty of parking for rental car. Highly recommend except for the heavy construcion next door.

This is our second time at Graham's place. The location is #1 - to the beach, to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Inn at Grace Bay has a great property, flowers and trees are amazing. The pool is well kept and quiet most times. The apartment has everything you need.

This property has an amazing location (walkable to just about everything including the beach, restaurants and shops). We did not need a car and a taxi ride from the airport was only $30 for two people. Many items were supplied and the space was very clean. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here to anyone looking to enjoy a visit to Turks & Caicos.

I was so pleasantly surprised with the condo and all the amenities you could hope for at a beach rental. I was impressed with all aspects of this property, beautiful pool, I can’t say enough good things about it. I wanted to stay longer but it was booked, I would stay here again in a heartbeat as I thought the price and what you got was perfect for me and my family, thank you so much!

The location of this property is great. Grace Bay is a very short walk and so are the shops. Breakfast is less than a 3 min walk along with a convenience store, souvenir shops and other restaurants

First off, the location of the Inn at Grace Bay is awesome. Literally 3 minute walk to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach, 5 minutes to shopping and a few restaurants, and no more than twenty minute walk to a ton more restaurants and bars. The Inn also has a nice pool, and we met a ton of new fun people. The whole Inn has only 18 rooms. Our room was exactly what we expected. The layout was nice and the air conditioning worked great. We never hardly even had to turn it on except at night. The balcony was a great place to sot and have morning coffee and afternoon drinks before supper. Is it like staying an a Ritz or Beaches? no but you should go in expecting that. There are a few minor paint chips and a a little paint missing from the cabinets, but nothing not a single thing that would make it a bad place. Stay here and save your money for excursions and having fun. It was also super easy to check in and Graham provided us answers to any questions we had before leaving. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came back to Providencials. We had an amazing trip and thanks to Graham for providing an awesome VRBO rental.

We extended a vacation for a couple nights and chose the Inn on Grace Bay. The property is in a great location, a couple minutes to a beautiful beach, but also no more than 5 minutes to numerous shops and restaurants. The AC is ice cold and the WI-FI is fast. Yes it is a bit dated but that didn’t matter to us in the least. Will absolutely be returning.

Inn at Grace Bay is in a perfect location for both beach access and access to shops and restaurants. Two blocks to the white sand beach with plenty of loungers available. Down the street from great restaurants and shops. Grocery store is walkable as well. The complex has a nice pool, apartment has everything you need to cook in if you want, very well stocked kitchen with a dish washer! Umbrellas, beach towels and a small cooler to take to the beach. A perfect location at a good value.

The villa is very easy to locate. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. We loved the keyless entry and the large wall to wall patio door provided lots of natural light. We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast out on the patio as well as an adult beverage or two. The unit is open and spacious the bedroom is good sized as well has a kind size bed with a very firm mattress and a separate air conditioning unit. The bath and beach towels provided in the unit are very thick and nice. The bathroom has a Standup tiled shower, no tub. We looked very hard to come up with something this place didn’t have or needed, a couple of new pillows was about it. Everything is within walking distance from here, you do not need a car. There are also bikes for rent from Niko the property manager if you prefer. We found the villa to be very quiet being right on Grace Bay Road. We always felt very safe and had no issues on the property. I read the reviews on this property before booking, I was not expecting the Ritz-Carlton at this price point. I also realize that there are a lot of Karen’s in the world today! So I would like to address a couple of things I read. 1. Microwave: even with my glasses off all the numbers are clear (not worn) using it was NOT a challenge. The handle is intact, and works as expected. It does appear as if one of the renters may have placed something metal inside as there is a small burn mark on the door. Functions as expected! 2. The cabinets: a few of the door fronts do have areas where the laminate overlay is peeling off. Not sure if it is a defect or humidity issue. The cabinets are Very well made and sturdy. If this is going to bother you for a week, I would book something else. I personally came from the frozen tundra, I did not plan to be inside except to sleep. Please be kind and honest when leaving reviews for others. At this price point I would compare it to a two/three star hotel in the states, but your in beautiful Turks and Caicos!

I stayed here for a week with my partner. We prefer staying in condos to resorts. This was was great for us. It's a 3 min walk to the beach and there was plenty of space for both of us. Graham and Neko were responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Well, where do I begin. First, this condo's location is superb! 3 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to stores, restaurants and grocery store! You would only need a car if you wanted to explore the island. It was nice to have a cooler and umbrellas for the beach! Second, this condo has SO much potential! It was clean but very dated and a lot of things look worn out. The microwave needs to be replaced as several of the numbers on it do not work so trying to heat anything was a bit of a challenge. All the cabinets, kitchen and bathroom, need to be replaced as the facing on them is peeling off. If you put anything to the back of the refrigerator it froze. All the appliances need to be replaced. When we got there the sliding balcony doors were off track and would not close. Luckily my husband was able to get them back on the tracks so we could close and lock them. Would have been nice to have dish soap and dishwasher soap. We ended up buying dish soap and did the dishes by hand. Never was able to use the dishwasher. No laundry soap either so be sure to bring your own. For me that was not a big deal as I brought my own as I have to be careful of the soaps I use. The handle on the toilet needs to be fixed or replaced. The kitchen could use a few more knives, spoons and forks. After looking on-line at some of the other units in this place, this unit could definitely use a makeover!

Condo is easy to locate and get into with the keyless access code. Condo is very spacious. The pool is clean and really pretty surrounded by palm trees. Loved how close of a walk this was to the beach which was definitely our favorite part of our trip. I love that there were floaties for us to use as well as a cooler and chairs already at the beach. Walking distance to everything! We walked to dinner and lunch or breakfast every morning at different places/resorts! Overall an excellent place to stay. Darker curtains in the bedroom, clearer directions to the beach, and laundry & dishwasher detergent would have given this place 5 stars.

Second floor unit with lush view of the pool. The pool is small but does the trick; multiple lounges and umbrellas here. Everything is within a 3-20 minute walk! The beach is only 3 minutes away and has loungers (no umbrellas there but there was one in the unit). The keyless entry was wonderful — we didn’t have to worry about taking a key with us anywhere. The unit—basic but comfortable. Full size kitchen and bath; has a washer and dryer. In need of many cosmetic repairs throughout but very serviceable. AC works very well in the main areas but didn’t reach the bathroom/laundry area—the ceiling fans helped to circulate the air. There is a patio set on the balcony and that was nice to use during a few storms. There were no cleaning supplies or basics such as kitchen towels, additional hand soaps, salt/pepper/spices/cooking spray, or other handy things that we’ve experienced in other rentals. The unit did have pool floats and umbrellas but we didn’t use them. Overall, this was the ideal location for our stay in Grace Bay. We used the unit to relax after our days in the sun and it did the trick!

I say mixed emotions because this property has so much potential. The location was great for the price but the unit is in need of an update. It was clean on check in and the the complex is lovely and well maintained with a very pretty pool area. However there was damage to a lot of the cabinets and the handle on the micro was completely cracked off and could only be opened if pulled by the bottom. The coffee maker did not work for us and that might have been due to weird issues with the electric. We could not charge any of the phones or use the television for an entire day. The toilet was old as well and would continually run unless we played with the handle. The wifi was spotty and I think we may have been using someone elses. Its a shame because with just a little TLC this place could really be a gem. I would stay at the Inn at Grace Bay again but in a different unit.

We had a lovely stay. Traveled with my husband to start our anniversary trip. We arrived at about 4:30, the cleaning crew was still in the condo cleaning but finishing up. It is a well equipped condo with nice views of the pool. There are a few minor issues in the condo - just a little worn in places but it was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable space. Lots of nice amenities, little cooler, beach towels, beach umbrellas, pool floats, etc. The pool is beautiful and the walk to the beach is short and very easy. We walked around Grace Bay and shopped - no need to drive. There are several beach front bars and restaurants within easy walking from the condo. We felt very safe. All in all I would stay here again. It really was very nice.

Very nice affordable, basic property in a great area a short distance from the beach. Easy to work with the owner. Clean and simple condo that exactly meet our needs. Nice small pool also on the property.

The location is great, and everything I needed was nearby, like the supermarket, banks, casinos, and beach. I will definitely return, and Mr.Rigby, thank you for answering all of my questions, you were a great help.
