We have stayed here multiple times and enjoy it every time.

Loved this property, it is not the fanciest or biggest house but it is very quaint and comfortable. Kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen with every appliance you could ever need. Love the path to the beach and would definitely stay here again. If I had one complaint it would be the upstairs bedroom to the right would benefit from a memory foam topper as bed is very very firm but all in all a great house.

This lovely home is perfectly located to allow you to walk everywhere in Mendocino. The home is cozy and well equipped. The magical private backyard holds many delights as well as a path that takes you down to the beach. A home that will call me back for many more visits.

Four of us (two couples) stayed at the Cinderella House for three nights in mid July. There are many things to love about this home: —The location is fabulous: in Mendocino Village proper and within an easy walk to the many fine restaurants and shops, as well as the trail along the ocean bluffs. —The house itself is very clean, well equipped and quite comfortable. The beds are really nice and there is plenty of comfy seating in the living area. Please note: this is an older home that has been very nicely refurbished, but does not offer luxurious bathrooms or a gourmet kitchen. Everything you need for a great stay has been provided, however. —The property itself must be seen to be believed. The view is marvelous and there is a trail to the beautiful beach below. There are many enchanting and whimsical surprises throughout the garden which will delight guests of any age. We look forward to another, longer stay as soon as we can find our way back to Mendocino. We highly recommend this home.

My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. The house was quaint and so cute. My granddaughter and I loved the path to the ocean and all of the creative yard art. Location was perfect. We walked all over Mendocino and listened to the music festival in the evenings. Thank you for the wine! It was a memorable trip!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Cinderella House and had a magical experience. We had so much fun exploring the property; surprises around every corner. The location can't be beat. We could walk everywhere. Our bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed dinner at La Luna Italian restaurant and watching the Warriors game at Pattersons. Looking forward to going back one of these days!

Our family stayed here for two nights over a weekend and really appreciated the house and its location. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and we all had fun exploring the yard and its neat surprises, the beach, local trails, and access to yummy food in town. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Five stars!

A perfect dream house on the beach yet also in town we walked to fabulous restaurants quaint coffee house shops and bookstore. Took beautiful hike loved the cozy atmosphere. So relaxing

Totally enjoyed our stay - great for my miniature Poodle to explore village and be introduced to the ocean. Very comfortable house, great beds. Close to everything you need, some traffic noise.

Great location on the edge of town

Well equipped home, great location. Wifi was in and out and fireplace was almost inoperable, even with instructions. Home had charm, but felt cluttered to us. Location was the best and home was well equipped.

Came to Mendocino for a wedding and found this gem. Such a great location. The deck out back is warm and awesome for lazy afternoons. The private path to the beautiful beach can’t be beat! Comfy beds, walking distance to town and beautiful views. Thanks for a great stay!

What a delight staying in this house with an ocean view and path to the beach. There were old toys in vignettes on the outer wall of the house, a tree house and best of all, a giant bush with a gate inside that lead to a toddlers delight: a mud kitchen with pans, table and cooking utensils! If you are lucky enough to stay here bring a pice of art to leave to contibute!

Cozy, perfectly located and great access to town and the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful proverbs in the yard. We visited the beach several times with the easy trail. The fourth of July week was so much fun. When Greg said bring slippers, he was correct... I forgot mine. Comfortable beds, clean and very enjoyable.

Ive been coming here for years. We absolutely love it. Its in the perfect location with easy access to the beach.

Location and charm make this a wonderful stay in a beautiful area. Amenities are all there to make you feel comfortable.

Lovely, cozy home. Location to beach and town is perfect. Strong wifi if you need to work. Teens enjoyed having the upstairs floor to themselves and backyard to hang out.

We spent 6 days at the Cinderella house, and we wish we could have spent another 6. We love that you can just walk out the backyard to the beach. It's also great that its so close to town, that you can park your car once, and walk to get coffee, the bookstore and other restaurants. We loved reading about the real Cinderella and purchased a book so we can always remember this special house. We will be back!

My wife, dog and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks over the summer and it was great! The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect...very quiet and an easy walk to downtown and restaurants and about a 5 minute forrest walk to an amazing beach. The back deck was a little shielded from wind so if you wanted to warm up, the deck was a great place and you're still seeing the ocean. We'll definitely be planning a return trip. We’ve been coming to Mendo for years and stayed at many places. This is our favorite. It has a quirky charm that we love. The location could not be better. The deck, the yard, the path to the beach all make for fun.
