This place was so relaxing. Definitely needed after hectic few weeks. Husband and I were able to disconnect from the world and enjoy each other’s company. Kicking back in the pool & spa tuning out the world around us. Exceptionally clean home, very inviting. Loved the contemporary minimalist vibe. The hosts were prompt in answering any questions. The master bed and bedding was super comfortable and made you want to sleep in for hours. Would definitely book this place again.

The property was terrific. Pretty sure an interior designer furnished the unit. Premium environment and stay. We walked to several gorgeous desert mountain trails right from the home. Every morning we were greeted by a virtual symphony of bird calls. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend the home to anyone. Lastly the homeowner was super responsive when we had questions.

Communication with the owner was 10/10. The home is definitely not modern but nice for a weekend stay. The neighborhood was not what I had in mind - I wished it was a little nicer but over all this was a nice home and the owner is extremely kind. We had a good time here :)

We had a wonderful stay in Nadia’s spacious and modern home! It’s well decorated, immaculate and very well equipped with kitchen wares and supplies. We loved the outdoor space and enjoyed the spa on a regular basis. The location was both quiet and convenient.
Nadia was quick to respond if a question arose. She was always helpful and pleasant to deal with. A great experience!

The property was great! It was fully stocked with all the things we would need for a great stay and was clean and well maintained. Our host was thoughtful enough to turn on the heat for the pool before we arrived so we could use it right away. Would definitely recommend this home!

Our experience was great! The location is close shopping, grocery stores, restaurants etc. The house is well supplied. Good quality of pool towels. The kitchen is fully stocked. Comfortable beds! There is so much space in the house that we forgot to enjoy the living room. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We loved our stay here. We are a family of 4 and this was the perfect amount of space for us. We were in town for a tournament in Indio and this house is within 15 mins drive and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The little pool was perfect for our 11 year old and we enjoyed the hot tub each night. The house is beautifully decorated and has the amenities you'd want on a vacation. I had a couple of questions while we were here and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again anytime. Loved it!

This is the perfect house if you are interested in hiking and relaxing. You are only a couple of blocks from great trails to hike up into the mountains or just around the neighborhood. the pool and spa are very nice as well as the whole house. We highly recommend this house.

This house is located in the perfect neighborhood to access the beautiful nearby trails or just walk the fun neighborhood. House was very clean and the little pool and spa was perfect for the private little get away we needed. Very quick drive into La Quinta Old Town for restaurants and shops. It really is a perfect location! Nadia is responsive and helped answer any questions that came up. Definitely recommend this house and neighborhood!

The house and pool were lovely and well maintained. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood near the San Jacinto mountains and a short walk or bike ride away from some terrific desert hiking and mountain biking trails.

The property pictures are accurate, but nowhere in the listing specify that the use of spa requires a deposit that is about half of our overall stay (2 nights), which takes 45 days to be refunded to your account. There is no clear reason why it should take 45 days instead of the regular 5-7 business day refund that most other deposits I've encountered took. The deposit is only stated in a contract provided AFTER the host accepted the stay, at which point the entire stay has been charged on my credit card and no refund will be issued even if I cancel at the time of finding out. When I stated that the deposit requirement was not included in the details of the listing, the host Nadia was defensive and rude - she wrote, "I have been doing this for 11 years and never was accused of misleading my guests. If you do not feel comfortable please cancel." I am writing this review 2 weeks from check out, and my deposit HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED after being credited to my account.
Another thing is the SPA IS NOT A HOT TUB. Nadia only allows her guest to heat the pool up to 80 degrees, and a regular hot tub is at least 100 degrees. The spa does not heat up enough to hang out in even on a hot October day.
The property instructions from Nadia were difficult to read, with various highlighting, underlining, and different font sizes and colors. I have stayed at many short term rentals in many different states and other countries, and I have never encountered instructions so poorly written.
Minor complaint: TV in the living was an LG TV, which does not support Hulu streaming, and is not user-friendly. Also, house does not get much sunlight during the day. Nadia requires her guest to text her cellphone upon check in and out, which I also have never encountered with other hosts I've stayed with.
I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.
