This is an amazing house with great hosts. The amenities were plentiful, high quality, and in good working order. The location is a beautiful hillside haven amongst the trees. We stayed with a group of friends and had a blast in the pool, on the several terraces, and also visiting downtown Healdsburg. I highly recommend this place!

The house accommodations and outdoor amenities were absolutely perfect for my full family, sans bride and groom who stayed elsewhere. Very convenient to wineries, restaurants, town (of Healdsburg) and in our case the event facility. The host(s) could not have been any more accommodating. Great stay!

Lots of room. Lots of games for family’s to have no Wi-Fi fun, although the place has strong Wi-Fi. Beds are very comfortable. We will be back. We’ve stayed in 10s of homes in high end areas. This place is legit.

This property is amazing! The inside of the house is spacious is clean, and fully equipped with anything you could need. The outdoor area is incredible! So many activities and seating areas, and beautiful views. We will definitely come back!

This property was so special!! The outdoor living is absolutely spectacular! We spent the majority of our time outside drinking coffee and wine by the fire, enjoying the pool/hot tub/sauna, playing yard games, and admiring the view and vines. The bedroom/bathroom setup was perfect for 5 couples. The drive to town was literally two minutes. We will definitely be back!

Unbelievable place- beautiful location with every amenity imaginable! Comfortable and spacious with very well stocked kitchen for cooking for a large group. Bigger than it appeared online with space for all. Great for a family get together or a group of friends. Very private but minutes away from Healdsburg. Hosts responsive and available. The outdoor space had everything to entertain young and old alike. We loved it here!

Absolutely loved the property. The amenities, views and convenience to town and other activities were amazing!!! The layout of the house is such that it was very easy to enjoy with a number of people, yet plenty of room to spread out if you want some quiet time or space of your own. The fruit trees were an added bonus and we very much enjoyed that!

Wonderful place for a vacation. Every type of enjoyable pastime a person could ask for was available . We used all. There was swimming pool, table pool hot tub, sauna, tree house, bocci ball, corm hole, horseshoes, basketball, and others. Great beds, comfortable living.

This is absolutely the best vacation property I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. It was truly a dream! Our group gathered for a birthday and we couldn’t have asked for more. Every need was considered and well provided for. We can’t wait to come back and hope to make it part of an annual friends gathering. Our time here will be a lifetime memory for all of us. This was our fifth ( I think) annual family get together at this property, and as always, it was great. Every year the owners add new activities and games--last year a new sauna and fire pit, this year a pool table--old or young, there's so much to do, and the property is beautiful, with many places to sit while enjoying the vista. The house is large and the layout makes it easy to have some private time. We also love that it is so close to town. We have looked at other properties for our family get away, but have not found one that checks all the boxes like this property.

Our group of nine adults thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Treehouse estate. The home was very clean, had all of the comforts of home, and made a great home base for us as we ate and drank our way through Sonoma County.
This was my second time at the house. The first time I visited with work colleagues for an offsite meeting. I hope to visit a third time.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. It was very clean and spacious, and it had a great set up for our multi-generational trip. We were four family units with three toddlers, and we had plenty of room to relax and play. Having two living rooms gave us the opportunity to spread out and change up which spaces we were using. The sleeping set ups are: 1) a primary room with an elevated sitting area that includes a trundle bed separated from the main sleeping area by a fireplace - with the main bedroom, bathroom and sitting area all open to each other via open ceiling pass throughs 2) the "guesthouse" is across the breezeway and includes a living area and two bathrooms - the sleeping area and living room area do not have a door separating the spaces 3 and 4) two side by side bedrooms off the den living room, each with ensuite bathrooms and 5) a bedroom with ensuite bathroom down the laundry room hallway. Would note for caring for toddlers - showers have a hand held sprayers makes bathing easy, we also used the provided pack and play, and the breakfast table does support an Inglesina chair. The property also provided high-quality bath linens, robes and slippers from RH, which made us feel pampered. The weather was not very cooperative during our visit, but we could imagine how amazing the property's outdoor amenities would be in better conditions. The location was also super convenient to downtown, where we could easily pick up groceries and explore the area. We were able to have easy distance excursions to wineries from Dry Creek down to Windsor. We highly recommend this rental property for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Christine was quick to reply, even during our stay. We went during the heavy storm and a tree fell in the yard (not close to the house so it did not effect us), she had her tree service there first thing in the morning to clean up.
The house is exactly as described, with detailed instructions on all the gadgets! We cannot wait to come back and take advantage of the outdoor amenities!!

Wonderful property for group of friends/family: Spotlessly clean and well appointed, lots of large areas for gatherings and nooks for private relaxation. Convenient location for winery visits, hiking, shopping, restaurants. The (downhill) walk to Healdsburg is only about a mile and a half away.
Unfortunately for us, we were there during the unusual “atmospheric river” rains of late December 2022 so we could not take advantage of their outdoor games (bocce, ping pong, horseshoes, corn hole) but enjoyed their collections of board games and the huge flat screen TV. Because the large ranch house is spread out, this property would work well for 4 or 5 couples, allowing a good deal of privacy, or for a family gathering of multiple generations. And, yes, you can climb up to the tree house! Beautiful spot!

Beautiful property with plenty of space for a big group. Backyard is awesome with so many hangout spots. House is well stocked and not bare bones like some of your typical home rentals. Everything you’d need to cook if you want to. 5 minute ride into town square. However, would recommend renting a car if you’re not driving as Ubers are unreliable

The house was great. Exactly as described on vrbo. One of our group suggested there be a TV in every bedroom rather than just the main bedroom and the guest house. Also, it should be noted that to walk to Healdsburg requires scaling a very steep slope, very difficult for older adults or anyone less than fit.
We were just underwhelmed by the house's apparent disinterest in the kids. I emailed a few months out asking about the treehouse and didn't get a response. I had to email, call AND text 2 weeks out from our trip in order to get an answer about what kind of pool toys there are, whether the W/D works, whether there were any kid friendly games on premises. Anyone with kids knows that these are all important to know before travelling for a week (there were 5 kids under 8). And the last day the pool cover broke and we couldn't use the pool in 100+ degree heat. The host (who did respond quickly that time) told us to use the other activities...again, 100+ heat, 5 kids under 8 and no empathy from the host at all. I was shocked. We asked for a partial refund and she got snarky (she wrote back "Are you serious?"). She told us we stained one of the sheets with a blue that looked like denim might have rubbed off on it. We may have. To me that's normal wear and tear. She eventually offered us $250 for the missed pool day but never actually sent it. Bottom line: if you're all adults I'm sure it will be great, but I'd look elsewhere if you have kids with you.

Our group has been coming to wine country for many years and all agreed this was our favorite house. The outdoor area is stunning, with many different areas to hang out in. The pictures are lovely but do not do it justice. The house had everything you could want and was perfect for our group. Just book it, you will not be disappointed!

The Treehouse dream home brought our families memories for a lifetime!! Was there for my daughters wedding at Trentadue winery and the Treehouse was the perfect place for my family to prepare for this special day!! Everything about the Treehouse property was truly amazing!

We rented Christine’s property for my 40th birthday trip. To say is was fabulous is an understatement, the house is perfection from all king en suite beds/bath to the gourmet kitchen fully stocked, to the outdoor spa like paradise she created. It was so wonderful! We even used her recommendation for a private chef to do a dinner. It was just amazing. You will not be disappointed staying at the Treehouse!
