Decorado con un gusto exquisito, combinando lujo y confort, este es su mejor hogar lejos del hogar. La mejor parte de la casa: terraza en la azotea de nivel superior que ofrece impresionantes vistas de la ciudad y el Arco de St. Louis. This house is very large and many stories which was nice for 4 couples to stay at. There is a top (4th floor) with a large balcony; the 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom which is awesome!! The 2nd floor is a wonderful kitchen and living room space and the 1st floor has a bedroom and bathroom making this a great place to stay.

Highly recommend this property for your St Louis stay! We stayed 4 nights and loved this home. Teenager enjoyed having his own space. Friends & family enjoyed gathering on main level together! We had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do laundry. Bathrooms were clean. House was clean. Felt like a safe area which was important to us with a child and the women in our group coming and going for different activities. Quiet at night. Close to some very good restaurants. Highly recommend going to The Hill for a great Italian meal & Sqwires also ! Best Feature was a bathroom on each floor! We absolutley Loved the top floor balcony! Pictures and description were very accurate.

We were 2 families visiting St Louis for a fun long weekend with our teenaged sons. This house is well decorated and hit a lot of our needs! It was large enough to accommodate us with no one needing to share a bedroom. We had plenty of space to spread out. The location was great. We had close proximity to highways and downtown. The rooftop deck is comfortable and has an awesome view of the arch and downtown.
There were a few things that could have been better:
1. This can't be fixed, but if you rent this house, note that it has a lot of stairs. We're an active group, but those with mobility issues should rent with caution.
2. The bedrooms do not have blackout shades or curtains. The 2 rooms that face the rear (north) allow sunlight in as soon as the sun is above the horizon. During our stay, that was just after 5:30am. We couldn't sleep in or even until the alarm we set.
3. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is tiny and the shower door doesn't seal well.
4. There are no towel hooks in the upstairs large full en suite bathroom.
5. On our last night, we started to find some ants in the house. Hopefully an exterminator will visit soon.
We had an overall great stay, hence the 5 stars. I don't feel that my criticisms warranted taking a whole star off, but if i could have said 4.5 stars, I would have. I'd consider renting again if the sunlight issues were addressed.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the home - it’s beautifully cared for and well stocked (although it could use a few more towels and washcloths). The beds were very comfy, which was nice after a long day out in the city. The house seemed like just a short drive to anywhere we needed. Definitely try “Have a Cow” restaurant that is just a 4 minute walk down the street.
There are definitely a lot of stairs in the house, so if anyone can’t do stairs, this isn’t the house for you. The stairs to the loft are quite dangerous as they continue after you open the door coming down. One member of our party fell and ended up at urgent care with a sprained ankle. We aren’t placing blame, but just want others to be aware.

This house was perfect for our group. We had a group that was in town for a wedding and the layout of the kitchen eating area and family room made it a great place to hang out and get to know each other and play games etc. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and well thought out. I would like to add that there are a LOT of stairs at this house so if anyone in your group has a problem with stairs beware!

The open concept on the main floor with kitchen and dining room is perfect for large family gatherings. We could all communicate and be together in one large and area that has plenty of seating and views.
The 5 bedrooms are also a huge bonus when it is time for bed, no sharing a room but still plenty of beds.
Property manager is amazing and returns messages instantly.
Overall a great place to stay that is close to the city and well kept.

We loved the entire house but especially the penthouse and balcony with a view of the arch. Our family of three generations all fell in love with the house and location. Appreciated the two-car garage as well. Very close to the arch, botanical gardens, zoo and restaurants. We felt safe in the neighborhood. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

the property is great . could use a luggage stand in each bedroom .some people dont like to use dresser drawers .or put luggage on the floor. the next door neighbors were quiet loud till the am. on the 2nd night . but we got buy with ear plugs. all in all is was a good stay.

Our family chose St. Louis since it was equidistant for us. Remi's home was large enough for the 10 of us, without us being on top of each other all week.Remi's home was 10-20 minutes from the zoo, Arch, Science Center, City Museum, and Magic House Children's Museum which was so convenient. We LOVED our stay at Remi's house and the sites we were able to visit! What a great trip for our six adults and children aged 6, 4, 2, and 20 months!

This was the PERFECT property for our families coming together. We were literally minutes from everything. (Arch, Zoo, City Museum, Science Center, Aquarium). Plenty of sleeping spots for all 12 of us, and Remi was communicative and available if needed. She even had baby gates for our infants! Seriously a great place to stay while exploring St. Louis!

The property was in a better neighborhood and very convenient to all downtown attractions. Property Manager was very responsive to all questions.. The only thing about the property was the stairs. With elderly family members the stairs were hard to manage…. Parking was not bad at all with a garage and street parking..

This house was perfect for our group! The location is 6-8 minutes from everything downtown St. Louis! My only complaint is that the floors were very dirty. All of the kiddos had black bottoms of their feet everyday. Easy fix, though. 😄 overall, we really enjoyed this property and the view from the top balcony!

We had a beautiful 4th of July weekend at this wonderful rental property. All of the kids and adults had the opportunity to spread out on all 4 levels. The open kitchen and living room were excellent to gather for meals and to talk and play games. We watched the 4th of July on the balcony deck and it was magnificent to see all of the firework display across the city! Thank you for hosting us for our family reunion ❤️

This property was the perfect location. Every time we checked maps to see how far we were from an event, we were less than 10 minutes. The house set-up was also perfect. With a bedroom and bathroom on the lowest floor, we were able to accommodate my 88 year old mom, just having to get her to the kitchen level once per day. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio and the wonderful views of the arch and downtown. We would stay here again if we needed a house this size and location!

We rented this property in hopes of enjoying the roof deck and it did not disappoint. It had beautiful views, comfortable furniture and was spacious. The rest of the property is nice too - so much space throughout. Would be great for a large group, especially with the multi-floor layout and so many bathrooms. The house was clean and neat. The location was convenient to everything. There was not really anything in walking distance was the only major downside to the location.

This house is perfect for a families! Tons of space and seating for meals! The location couldn't be better. All key spots like the arch, union station and zoo are less than 15 minutes away. We loved this house and never felt unsafe!
