Summertide es una casa frente al golfo en expansión con 8 dormitorios y 5 baños, con capacidad para 26 personas. Está ubicado aproximadamente a 5 millas al oeste de la autopista. 59 en West Beach Blvd., en Gulf Shores. Una marea de diseño único de un nivel, Summer Tide cuenta con un ala sur y un ala norte, cada una con una cocina totalmente equipada y una cubierta abierta que se envuelve alrededor del lado este de la propiedad. Great house for a large group! Bama Beach Houses Team do an outstanding job communicating and proactively dealing with questions or concerns throughout the process. This is our second time renting from them and they always exceed our expectations. They will always be my first choice when renting our vacation home in the Gulf Shores area!

Big single story house with plenty of room for multiple families. House, fixtures and appliances are showing its age but everything functioned properly. Great location.

I don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Gulf Shores. The one story layout was convenient but also spacious. The two separate kitchens and living areas worked especially well for our group. The location just a little way from downtown was so private. We pretty much had the gorgeous beach to ourselves. Although we spent a lot of time on the beach, we used the pool everyday too. It was clean and a very nice temperature. Both the management company and owner were also very responsive to questions and checking to make sure everything was OK. Check in and checkout were a breeze and so convenient when we had groups arriving at different times. If we plan a gulf Shores trip in the future, we would definitely try to stay here again.

Very nice, clean house in a great location. We had a wonderful time with our kids and their families at Summertide. The house is big and has two sitting areas so there was room to spread out & not worry too much during nap times. We spent lots of time on the beach & then enjoyed the pool there. We had to call about the AC once & the repair guys came immediately. We also enjoyed watching the neighbor’s fireworks from the porch. Our grandkids had so much fun, well worth it!

We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for our families. We loved being a little further down from the main beach and we enjoyed the pool and the porch a lot. We had the best vacation!

Loved the layout of the house and closeness to the beach. The pool size was so nice and fit our large family well. Management handled our needs in a timely manner. Looking forward to coming back to this home again.

We did enjoy it. Endured a pretty big storm on one day and had to call management co to clean blown sand out of pool and reset pool heater. They were very responsive.
All in all, a great trip. Coming back next year!

Summertide was fabulous. It still felt secluded, and the private pool and 1 story nature of the main living space was exactly what we had hoped it would be! We wish we could go back to it next year, but our family is ever growing and we aren't certain if it'll work. We all agreed that Summertide is the best beach house we've experienced.

Great location, away from busy area of the beach. Open gathering area and many beds supports our large family. Great beach views. Dolphin every day this year. The pool is refreshing for a change from the beach.

First off, let me just say that overall it was amazing! You *cannot* beat the location. We basically had the beach to ourselves and wow -that was just perfect! The pool was wonderful as well.

SummerTide and its owners provide an awesome beach experience. My wife and I have LOTS of experiences (many not very good) hosting our large family at Gulf Shores home rentals. Our first time renting SummerTide was in July of this year (2022). Location is fantastic. All appliances work. Very spacious rooms; the two "wings" give families additional privacy. The pool is clean and well maintained. The home was spotless and ready upon our 4pm arrival. Lots of positive and proactive communications during the week to us from BamaBeachHouses and the local Kaiser team. Book it, you'll love it!

The house was wonderful, we had no problems with anything. This is actually the third year in a row that we have booked one of your homes and every time we have had a wonderful experience! The location and access to the beach was wonderful. (except for a few
hours of shaking during the storm the first couple of nights that added
to the week)
The house was clean upon arrival and the local agent did a wonderful job
of correcting a couple of issues while we were there.
Again, we did enjoy the property and would return again primarily for
the location, parking space, pool, single level accessibility.and
wonderful beach access.

This is it! We LOVED Summertide. We decided it was "our" family place to come back to in Gulf Shores each year. It fit us very well and had everything we could hope for! We already booked next year!

This was a family vacation. We enjoyed it so much. Private pool, lots of room and beautiful view from inside and on patio. Hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Lol. Great communication with owners. Chose to all the hot spots. Didn't want to leave

We absolutely loved the house, it was fantastic for our family. The house layout and especially having two kitchens really made everything run more smoothly. The extra bunk room on the first floor was perfect for the older kids to have a little privacy. If we come back to the area we will stay at Summertide again...

We had a great time for spring break with my family. The layout, with two 'wings' allowed the kids to be in the same home but to have "their" space. Clean and comfortable. Pool was nice, and heating it helped with spring break. We will be back. 😎

We had a wonderful time at Summertide. The "green house on the beach" has become "our house", according to the grandchildren. Ha!
Our son caught fish for a change. Several whities that were keepers, a shark, a few catfish and a remora.
We are booked for next year.
Our family, led by our artist granddaughter, made a thank you picture for you while we were there. I would like to mail it to you if you will send me a mailing address.

We have been blessed to stay in several of Rick and Susan's homes. They have all been great! Summertide is the biggest we have stayed in. It is sprawling all on one level, which was great for my BIG family :-). We loved the big deck, and pool too. Bama Beach Houses, and Haleigh, were wonderful with communication and support, as always. We hope to be back in the fall and are sure whatever home we 'land' in will be wonderful too but we would definitely love to come back here!

We loved Summertide! Lots of space. Two kitchens and living rooms, which were great for the teens to be on their own. The deck overlooking the gulf is big and very comfortable. Great new (blue!) beach chairs. The pool was nice, and having it heated to 82' was a life saver for our spring trip as the kids were in it a LOT. We will definitely be back!

We split our stay between here and Sea Monster. Sea Monster was wonderful, and really conveniently located. We'd stay there again BUT Summertide was the bomb! It's further out, and we couldn't walk across the street to get ice cream, food, and beverages like at Sea Monster but Summertide felt like we had the beach to ourselves, and the heated pool really helped for spring break time! We loved them both, and I hope to be able to come back to one soon. Thanks again!

Overall was great. Patio furniture needs updated and screws on deck caused a few skin tears, beach was amazing.
