Our trip was great! Really enjoyed the time with family and your amazing location.

We stay in Gulf shores every summer and this house was one of our favorites. We really loved the pool. The owners were great about keeping in touch to make sure everything was great. We enjoyed it so much that we’re going back in 2024.

Andrew's Sandbox was one of our favorite beach vacations! The house is so open, the living room is so bright with the big windows and view of the ocean, and there was plenty of space. Having two refrigerators was awesome, and we never went without clean dishes, as the cabinets were stocked. Additionally, we loved sitting on both decks and hanging by the pool. And the access to the beach was perfect. We actually took many family pics from the outside stairs, as well as through the path to the beach, that turned out beautifully.

Andrew's Sandbox was perfect for us though as the family grows, we will likely outgrow Sandbox! Being right on the beach, with the pool partially shaded too. So nice. And we loved the dining area outside underneath, and the picnic table too! Please help us find a bigger place, just as nice! Thank you!

Andrew's Sandbox was the perfect beach house for my family. The house is laid out very well and very clean. Plenty of room for the whole family. The heated pool was the icing on the cake as a cold front came through while we were there so it saved the vacation being able to still have the kids swim! Owner is very responsive and great to work with.

As a group your home was perfect for our needs. We stretched out in the living room and got a ton of training done. Spent the afternoons on the beach or just hanging out at the pool or on the deck watching the waves. As a doctors office, we have not had much down time. We have worked non stop with Covid and finally had to get away. If in the future we get our boss talked into another trip, I will always say the beach and look for your home as a go to. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home.

Beach, Sun and Fun!!! We had a wonderful time at Andrew's Sandbox. There was plenty of room for our large family. If we plan another large group trip we will return.

Everything was wonderful as always! You all are always very accommodating and informative on getting us any information we need. We really do enjoy staying at your houses. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect. No complaints here! You'll be hearing from us in the future as we love the area and staying with you guys!

Great! Location, Location, Location then there is the pool. You are steps away from the beach just walk down the private path. Then when it is too hot just go under the deck where it is shaded and there is the pool. The kids all had a great time. The house's decor is at first a little underwhelming then you realize it is a beach house designed for kids and family. The size was great. We had 17 total with 9 kids and there were plenty of room to sleep and also even when we were all in the house there was still plenty of room. Even when we were all eating together. we had a couple of minor problems and the owners responded very quickly and got everything taken care of. We would stay here again.

Loved our stay at Andrews Sandbox! The house fit us all perfectly. Bedrooms upstairs and main living area downstairs. There is one bedroom downstairs that is nice for babies to be close by or for guests that can't do stairs well. It worked wonderfully for us! Bring baby gates if you have babies. Ours like to play on stairs so we brought a couple. 😉 The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy to cook meals. It's SO close to the shore. Shortest distance we've probably ever been to the shoreline. We enjoyed not having to pack our beach gear so far. The pool and back deck have gates which I was really grateful for. Makes you feel safe with littles. Beds are comfy and plenty of them! The windows in the living room and masters are amazing!!! I have really enjoyed them!! So big and such a fantastic view! The marine life is very active right now as well. Dolphins, birds, fish jumping, stingrays and so much more. Not to mention the shells are abundant ☺️ Such a fantastic trip and beach house!

Our experience with Bama Beach Houses was wonderful. We stayed at Andrew's Sandbox. It was exactly as advertised and closer to the water than we've ever had before. Our host's communication was timely, and the house had all the amenities we needed. We will stay at Bama Beach House properties again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Our family had a nice time even though it was a little chilly.. the kids could have cared less. :) It was great to be right on the beach! And the view from the porches and rooms was so pretty. And I'm so glad we had a heated pool!

The house is absolutely beautiful. Between my husband and I, we have 5 adult children, their significant others, and two granddaughters, None of them wanted to leave. But really, can you blame them? We had great weather and couldn't have asked for a better week - we were truly blessed with how it all worked out. I have a tattoo that reads "everything happens for a reason" and this was an example of that! There is not one thing we could complain about. It was a wonderful week of family time and making great memories! From you to the management company staff (all of them) was first class service all the way! I was hoping I would get a survey so I could give the feedback all of you deserve! Thank you again for everything and your amazing hospitality.

This was an awesome vacation with my kids (as my 3 year old granddaughter would say "THE BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!!") The house was perfect. We did have rain everyday ugh but the pool was a hit. The kids swam everyday :) We will be booking with you again in the future. Loved the house and the location!!!!! I will check availability for next year! Unbelievably the house was up and ready for our arrival even after the devastating tornado. Our group from 11-84 loved this home and will be back.

We are all back at our homes safely and enjoying our most pleasant memories of our vacation. It was everyone's first visit to the house and we were all deeply impressed, not only with the house but its prime location and amenities. It also happened to be the first time my 2 & 3 year old granddaughters visited the beach. While they loved the beach, we did have an issue the first few days with jellyfish in the water (possibly related to the recent hurricane activity). Having the beautiful cool swimming pool in close proximity was a GIFT whenever the girls experienced any type of stings or irritations. As for the cleanliness of the place, everything seemed in order. As I mentioned in my other email, the living room couch had a slight bad odor and required application of air fresheners. The only other cleaning issue we experienced was the constant sweeping needed to remove the sand from the floors. We totally expected this to be a challenge but it was made even more so by the very worn straw broom being our only tool. Perhaps having a floor mat secured to the floor near the glass door entry would help as well as a more efficient type of broom? I understand that some items "walk away" and wish I could offer a solution to avoid this loss. As for our experience with the local management company, we only had to make contact with them once - to report the broken door lock on the sliding glass door on our last day. They were very helpful and friendly during the brief phone call. We are hoping to visit the Gulf Shores area again soon and if possible, we will definitely place Andrew's Sandbox as our preferred location. While my husband and I enjoy living in the Boston area and seeing all of the wondrous sights here, it is more special to be able to enjoy time with our families in Alabama AND enjoy the beach.

We enjoyed Andrew's Sandbox very much. The location was fantastic and it was wonderful to have the beach in our backyard. The toaster was broken so we had to purchase one. The washer and dryer dials are inaccurate so it was a guessing game for settings. The balcony door to the widow's watch was rusted and extremely difficult to open.... All in all, it is a wonderful house and I would highly recommend it.Thank you for the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrew's Sandbox. Walked the beach, used the pool, lots of room for the family to spread out. My daughter thinks it should be a yearly Thanksgiving trip! We had a great time and will be in touch with you again when we decide on another trip.

We had a great time at Andrew's Sandbox. It was so nice to be right on the beach. We biked almost everyday, and stored the bikes by the heated pool. This was what we all needed!
