The location was perfect! We walked everywhere and it wasn’t super noisy at night. The place was very well stocked and very clean! The bed was comfortable also!

The location was amazing and perfect for a small group of wanting to visit New Orleans. Parking was not included, and closest is $40 a day. Description mentioned a pool, but the pool was maybe big enough for a single toddler. If you want a pool for a kid that will work but not adults. Overall was a great experience. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone with 5 adults or less (two beds and a sofa, not sure why the description said it sleeps 6)

Excellent location-nice for a family or 2 couples. Can walk everywhere in the french quarter and walked to and from frenchmen street. The beds are very comfortable. Will stay here again-hopefully they'll have more furniture by then.

Walking distance to anywhere you would want to go. Very clean property. Bedrooms are on street side so a little noisy at times. Overall, very happy and would stay here again. Excellent location for a reasonable price.

Location was super convenient to museums, restaurants, shopping! Apartment is really nice and beds are comfortable. Jennifer was really helpful and responded super quickly when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again!

This property and it's management has me asking, "what was I thinking staying in a hotel?" The locating is central to everything the French Quarters had to offer.

Communication from the owner/host was very inconsistent with some emails being answered and others ignored. Location is wonderful, but it’s an historic building with large cracks in the walls and warped floors in the large room. Furniture could be A LOT better in the living room. The chairs are very uncomfortable and there is only a loveseat in addition. I suggest a couch and 2 chaises. The kitchen is beautiful, but we didn’t cook anything. The listing had mentioned a pool, but there isn’t one… just a fountain. The bathrooms are lovely and the w outside walls are very thin. You can hear everything that goes on in the street. Location though is great!

We enjoyed the stay. This apartment/condo set up was close to all the happenings downtown, however far enough away to be able to sleep good at night. The bed was supper comfy and cozy. The living room furniture wasn't comfy, but we didn't stay in much. Jen was great. She addressed any issue we had swiftly! The parking situation is something to be desired. We were informed that we would need to park at a close by lot. We chose the closest at 300 N Peters. It was a block up the street, no biggie! When we started our vehicle to leave.....our catalytic converters had been cut off our Toyota 4Runner! This is no fault to the rental company, but I would want future renters to be aware and maybe find a secure lot to park at. In retrospect, I would have chose something with security or surveillance cameras.

Our group of 4 had a great time in New Orleans last week, not too hot and humid so that was nice. Location of the condo was great, 3 blocks to Bourbon Street one way and 3 blocks to the river the other way. Restaurants, shops and bars all very close. Condo was nice and clean, bedrooms and bathrooms were great but living room area needs a bit of help, furniture not too comfy and the stools by the counter were terrible, those need to be replaced or at least all fixed before someone gets hurt on them. We had a wonderful time exploring the French Quarter for our first time there!

Just a few blocks from all the entertainment, but far enough not to hear it all. The apartment was beautiful and very well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. The location couldn't honestly have been any better - everything was within walking distance, with great restaurants right outside your door. The communication from Jennifer and Tyrone was excellent as well.

The condo was comfortable and spacious, in a convenient location, very close to premium parking (recommended), Canal St, the streetcars and TONS of shops and restaurants. The negatives were a lack of communication with the property management company. I had to email and ask for check in procedures 6 days before check in. The process that was sent to me was down for maintenance when we checked in so I had to call to speak with someone to be able to get into the building and our condo. Although it was a nerve wrecking 30 minutes, the rest of the stay was great and we found the unit to be perfect for our needs. Of note, there is a cigar shop next to the building and although the weather was Perfect for leaving the windows open in the evening, the smell of cigar smoke was stifling.

This place is nice. When we first checked in Tyrone had to let us in. We didn't have a check-in process inside the condo. So of course, I started to contact him. The internet and TV wasn't working. He finally stated, that he will send the maintenance man tomorrow. We waited to about 11 am for the maintenance man, he still hadn't showed up. I reached out to Tyrone again. He was so rude. He asked me did I check my contract? He said only thing I was guaranteed was a roof over my head. The TV was a plus. I have never been spoken to by anyone like that. I actually thought he was the owner. The maintenance guy Josh came and told us that the TV's needs wifi extenders. Josh was super nice and even brought us a new coffee pot, because that didn't work either. I will never stay at this property again..

The stay was wonderful only two complaints the bar stools where very loose and screws kept falling out. Main gate at property was not locking. Safety issue!!! Only complaints. Other than those the property was exactly as described.

We loved the modern design / styling of the property. The location is great in the French Quarter and close walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and tours. Communication with the property manager was quick via phone / text.

We spent a long weekend here celebrating our one friend's upcoming wedding. The location was perfect - on the edge of the French Quarter and within walking distance of Frenchman Street, the street cars (to City Park and the Garden District) and Jackson Square. The apartment itself was lovely! Well-appointed with everything a guest could need. And, if you are looking for a supernatural experience (because who isn't when visiting NOLA?) my SIL swears she was awoken one night when two "people" sat on the edge of the bed, talking in their southern drawl....except there was no one there. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting NOLA and, if (when) we return we would definitely stay here again!

IT WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE!

We had to reschedule our trip from April to October because of Covid and the process couldn’t have went any smoother. The property was excellent and My Southern Comfort Rentals in New Orleans is the best around! Great location in the Quarter super clean and convenient.
