This house was the best location we have ever stayed in. You are a mile from Dollywood and a 1/2 mile from the main road. The bedrooms were big, comfy beds, and there were lots of activities to keep the kids busy. Excellent choice and will stay there again.

Very nice cabin with lots of space. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater room while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We chose this unit because of the accessibility of getting into it with my husbands wheelchair and the king bedroom and living room/kitchen being on the same level. The only issue with that was the bathroom had a tub and no grab bars so that presented quite a bit of difficulty. There were bedrooms on other levels with a walk in shower but he couldn’t navigate stairs to get there. The kitchen has several basics for those wishing to cook. The neighborhood is nice and is close to everything. The management company is friendly and easy to work with. I called with a couple of suggestions for the next visitors (more towels needs and a malfunctioning ice maker) and they were ready to send someone immediately but I told them there wasn’t a rush for us. Our families has a great time and spent lots of money in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

The house is exactly as photographed! The beds are comfy, they have everything you could need during your stay. I cooked multiple meal in the kitchen and there was room for everyone to eat! The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the home. It was very dirty. I usually expect these houses to be extremely clean because of the cleaning fee associated but that was not the case with this house. I guess I was just very let down and a little embarrassed that this house was not cleaned professionally prior to our stay. I truly hope they cleaned professionally after we left because 12 out of the 14 of us ended the trip with a stomach bug!

We absolutely loved our stay! This house is in the perfect location in Pigeon Forge! The three levels was nice with the kids…the guys loved being right by a super nice golf course! Hot tub was awesome! Super clean and management was quickly responsive! Great place to stay!

We were able to fit all four of our families in this house. It was close to Dollywood and plenty of activities for everyone. Not much room to store trash outside. It was full pretty quickly. Two of our kids ended up with head lice after the trip (stayed in one of the bunk rooms).

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Central to everything would recommend highly.

This property was perfect! The location was minutes from area attractions. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, along with a gas grill and grilling tools. The owner thought of everything.

We stayed with our whole family, 16 in total. There was plenty of room for all of us! The house was very well maintained with a gorgeous view and super easy access to all of Pigeon Forge. The property manager was very accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! I would highly recommend! The cabin was super clean and very spacious. It was decorated beautifully. My family was there for my daughter’s wedding at the Magnolia Venue the weekend hurricane Ian was threatening rain. We were lucky and the rain was at a minimum. The kids loved the theater room and air hockey table downstairs and the bridesmaids stayed upstairs and enjoyed their own little space- playing cards and just spending time together. Nothing but great things to say about our stay. The location was perfect- close to everything. Melinda was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions that I had. This was a very good stay for my family. House plenty big, clean and well located. You pay a rather large price, but in this case you actually get what you paid for. Would stay again in future.

We had a family reunion at this property and found it everything as advertised. The owners were great to work with. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well for the 15 of us. I would highly recommend you stay!

We stayed at this house with four families for a weeklong baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. This house has the feel of being in the mountains but still close to everything Pigeon Forge offers. We loved sitting on the deck in the rockers, cooking team dinners and sleeping on the very comfortable beds. The house was a great find. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was very nice. Plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. There were some big pots and pans which was great. It would be good if some medium size pots were added. We had a good time in Gatlinburg, which is right down the road and of course Dollywood was wonderful. It was also nice that we got a few complimentary tickets. Thank you for a terrific vacation.

The home was greet. We had private bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our family. The kids loved the air hockey and theatre room. The adults enjoyed the beautiful views from the numerous balconies The hot tub was enjoyed at the end of the day. The pool was a welcome relief from summer heat. We would highly recommend this home.

We were in town for Cal Ripken baseball experience, and were very pleased how close we were to the fields (as well as other attractions). We had plenty of space for 4 families and loved the layout that provided adequate privacy for all. We would absolutely stay here again!

Simple on-line process.

The location was excellent and very close to Dollywood and all the attractions. The cabin was very nice and was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, toiletries trash bags, and all the things we needed to enjoy our family and friends. Everyone enjoyed themselves especially the kids because they had many activities to keep them busy. The property cleaners need to concentrate more under the sofa pillows and the sofa itself. Melinda our property manager was very nice, professional and responded to my calls immediately when we temporary lost cable tv. I was so satisfied with my stay I extended my time an extra day and will return again next month.

Cooking utensils, some need replacement Could use few more large serving bowls. Can opener needs replaced

This was just right for the 11 women attending our annual Bible study. This is an annual event and we will definitely consider booking this house again!

I bring my youth group to the Smokies every fall. This cabin has by far been the best! Plenty of room and everything you need! Easy location and close to shops, activities and eating! This may be our go to cabin from here on out!!

House was perfect for our 15 family members. The 1st floor with the pac man machine, air hockey and theater room was perfect for the "young adult kids." The house had all the amenities needed for a great weekend and lots of space. Would recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our stay for the week during our son’s baseball tournament! Stayed with family & friends and had so much fun. So much room - none of us were in the way. This cabin has everything you need…just bring yourself and enjoy!

Large, well laid out house but could use some TLC. A/C on third floor didn't work when we got there. Called manager and they sent someone but he was not an a/c man. I showed him what the problem was but he did not have equipment to fix it. The drain line was blocked due to poor installation and the secondary drain had filled the pan but it was capped off and could not drain. There was a shut off switch which was activated when the pan was full to prevent water leaking onto the floor. The maintenance man did empty the pan. Luckily my son had a small compressor with him and was able to blow out the drain and the unit worked after that. Many of the faucets were loose. There was minimal lighting in the house . Maybe they could change the bulbs to LED to brighten it up. There were multiple broken rocking chairs on the porches that were a hazard. When we left I informed the manger so they could remove or replace them. The towels were in short supply, only one per person, so you had to wash and dry them every day. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. There was a nice propane grill. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

There were 15 of us. This property was perfect for us and location was great to most attractions. The property e s very clean and nicely equipped with plenty plates, glasses silverware etc. it’s a downhill trek to the pool and consequently an uphill trek back to the house. There’s a convenience store on the property which was handy. Thank you for sharing this property with us. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. Pools was just a short walk down the hill. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to spend with a big family for my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law's 50th wedding anniversary. Not our secluded cabin in the woods or backpacking but this place had good access to everything, was clean, mostly new and modern, and the kids loved the game room. It was like they had the whole floor to themselves. I would suggest this if your with a big family.
