Enjoyed our stay at this facility. It was nice and clean, and the property manager was very responsive if we had questions. It was a great family getaway!

It was a wonderful week in the Aruba. The moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were home at the beach. The location was very convenient, and the property well maintained. The condo was well equipped, and very spacious for my family. One wish before we left, was to get the brand information of that comforter in the Master bedroom. We slept so comfortable every night. ;)

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We will definitely consider this location again in future. Pros: Staff were easy to contact, property was clean and in a great location, loved having a parking garage to park in which kept our vehicle at a nice temp, property had carts for groceries / luggage, pool and beach access were simple and easy, had plenty of towels and beach towels, washing machine and dryer worked well. Cons: The rental agreement was lengthy and took a bit of time to review, Listing all potential guests by age and name seems a bit intrusive, the property requires a parking pass for all vehicles which makes it somewhat of a pain when you have a guest visiting. Overall even with the listed cons; this was a great location and we would definitely stay again.

My husband and I spent four weeks at the Aruba. The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. However, the couch was so low to the floor it was difficult to get up from. Not appropriate furniture for two seventy year olds!

Great location easy beach access, sad that the pool was not rebuilt and the beach access were still damaged but close access were available. Very clean and modern condo, sad to see all the damage the hurricane did to the properties. Overall we had a great memorable family vacation!!

Overall, the unit was great. It was clean and, for the most part, well maintained. There really isn’t much of a view of the ocean, but the view of the Halifax was awesome. The maintenance issue was that the chair legs around the kitchen/dining room table were all very loose. Every chair. In fact, one leg fell out. Luckily, no one fell or was hurt. The condo building itself was okay. It was clean and well maintained. There are few amenities though. The pool only had about 20-ish lounge chairs, and only about 6ish regular chairs. There are no tables. If you have an older individual who doesn’t want to lay down at the pool, then this unit is not for you. There is a huge “community patio” area, but there is nothing there. It’s an empty concrete slab. Seems like it would be a great place for some tables, chairs, and maybe even a community grill or two. Again, overall it was a nice place and I think most people will be very happy with it.
