The property was great. Spacious, modern, clean and well located for access to the city.
In arrival the key codes we had been sent were out of date and the front door wouldn’t open as the lock had been deadlocked on the inside. We gained access through the patio doors.
The bath tap did not work properly (only very hot water, no cold) but the plumber fixed it the next day - leaving rather muddy footprints behind on the bath mat. Responses from York Boutique were always prompt and efficient. We would stay again, however my wife was disappointed she could not have a bath on the first night.

This property really does have the wow factor. A lot more spacious then i imagined. Really close to the City Centre. This property is really special. Would highly recommend

I can’t put into words how stunning this apartment is! You can tell a lot of attention to detail went into it, and the beds! I could have stayed in there all day they were so comfy!

York boutique lets were very easy to book with and the instructions for arrival couldn't have been clearer.
Once inside the presidential suite you couldn't be more impressed, spotless clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect with the added bonus of secure parking. All 4 of us couldn't have had a better stay.

A beautiful flat in a great location in York. The hosts were wonderful and allowed us to check in early. We found the space to be perfect for two couples. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms were spa-like. The kitchen was large and everything worked well. the living room and dining room were large and comfortable. This was the best place we stayed during our two week visit to England.

A great stay at Presidential suite in York. Everything was as shown in the listing images. Very good communication and access information was easy to follow. The car parking space was a real bonus but be aware it’s under a tree with the usual side effects . Everywhere in York is easily walkable from the apartment as it’s just outside the city wall. All amenities were great, comfortable beds and good bathrooms and showers. Would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this property.

The name says it all - presidential- with great location with easy waking distance into the heart of York. Private parking is definitely needed in York and this location provides it.

My husband and I spent a long weekend in York and this place was perfect! It’s in a great location at the corner of Bootham and Marygate and within easy walking distance of the train station. It is only a few minutes through Bootham Bar to the York Minster, the town center and numerous cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

fantastic accommodation really first class..close to town , private , secure parking gives peace of mind.. very modern appliances.. ( had to check on line to turn on the cooker ) we felt like millionaire's a truly great place to stay ..

The photos simply do not do this property any justice. Its huge inside, so spacious and extremely comfortable for 4 guests. Both bedrooms have an ensuite, very comfortable large beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a separate utility. It was just beautiful. Parking, easy booking process, great hosts, nothing negative about this property at all!

We enjoyed our stay in York at this beautiful flat. The furnishings are upscale and the space was very clean. We would recommend bringing all toiletries with you, as none are supplied other than handwash; although the spot is so walkable it was easy to pick them up. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio in the back to relax in the evenings, and cooking in the chef's kitchen was also really fun.Overall an awesome spot to stay in this amazing city!

Great location and amazing property. The pictures actually don’t really do it justice - it’s super spacious and luxurious. Location is 10/10 and the private parking space is great. We’ll 100% be staying again!
