Great central location, stylish living space, we had a nice stay. No dishwasher. Needs a deep clean. King size bed not comfortable. Difficult to cook due to limited pans/trays which aren’t clean. Doesn’t live up to the description of “fully equipped”, “5 star” or “luxurious”. York Boutiques responded very quickly to issues.

Excellent location for a stay in York. A few recommendations that the property needs to bring it up to a good standard. Overall the cleanliness was acceptable, however there were quite a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the skirting boards and window frames needed cleaned. The walls could do with a paint refresh as some of them were scraped and dirty.

Beautiful and spacious home central to everything. Cleanliness was top notch and lots of bathrooms for everyone! York is a fantastic city

Location of the house is brilliant, everything within minutes walking distance and good parking ( permit included). The house itself is comfortable , clean and well equiped. Excellent choice.
