Impresionante apartamento vacacional Málaga de estilo dúplex de dos dormitorios ubicado en una de las principales calles comerciales de Málaga, en el corazón del distrito histórico, justo al lado de la iglesia de San Juan Bautista.
Dotado de techos altos, una elegante decoración y de típicos ventanales franceses que conducen a los balcones, desde los cuales podrá observar una de las calles más tradicionales de Málaga y la famosa iglesia de San Juan, un templo del siglo XVIII. Este singular edificio pertenecía a un comerciante de la zona y desde "el torreón" controlaba los barcos que llegaban hasta lo que es hoy Puerta del Mar. ¡No se puede pedir una mejor ubicación!
Este apartamento turístico en Málaga está distribuido en tres distintas plantas. En la primera planta encontrará una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos modernos, incluyendo microondas / horno, lavadora y lavavajillas. hará que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible.
En el segundo piso se encuentran los dos dormitorios. El primer dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas individuales (90x200cm) que se pueden utilizar como cama doble grande. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble (150x190 cms). Ambas habitaciones tienen armarios, televisores y sillas.
Además, desde el dormitorio principal se accede a un precioso "mirador" a través de una escalera de madera desde el cual disfrutará de vistas insuperables del casco antiguo de Málaga y de su catedral.
Hay dos modernos baños independientes en este alquiler vacacional Málaga.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very well located - just a short walk from shops, restaurants and sight seeing spots. The apartment had plenty of space, and the mirador was superb. Thanks to Carlos too for all his knowledge and recommending the hotel rooftop drinks - the views, and mojitos were a highlight!

Everything about the apartment was great. Apartment is on the third floor of the recently renovated building (there's a lift). Plenty of room with spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom on the first level, stairs up to the second level where the two double bedrooms and second bathroom are located.
Can't think of anything that needs improving.

Apartment has great location. Has been recently fully remodeled. All furniture and appliances were practically new as of October 2023. It was surprising quiet even on weekend night. The apartment is 2 level, with bedrooms being upstairs. The stairs upstairs are quite narrow and steep.
One watch out is that apartment location is at such an inner city place where taxis or Uber cannot get to. So there is short walk from where taxi drops off or picks up.
Nothing really too much to improve. Apartment was great. Maybe leave a roll of paper towels. That would be nice I guess.

Very clean, modern, comfortable apartment in a nice small complex with lift. Everything you need in the apartment and all the sights of Malaga are very close by.
We booked through Solaga and they were very helpful and let us leave our suitcases in their office until our flight home. The street is relatively quiet for its central location with no restaurants. We did find the front bedroom a bit noisy but once the windows are shut it was quiet.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend.
We were asked this question when we left by the person in the office, apart from a light bulb not working there was nothing!

Place was exceptionally nice. Spacious and lovely. It is in the old part of town, which is a maze until one learns the streets. Without a good mapGPS (arriving from the US I hadn't gotten a SIM card for my phone so no GPS) it took a while to find. Fortunately the locals were helpful. The old part of town can be noisy but was only a real problem one night with a barking dog (jet lag was a big factor too)but I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Very responsive hoststhey are a company not just an individual.

Great stay in comfortable apartment with super central location. All amenities provided. A little noisy at nights - no concern to us, but perhaps not perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The place was perfect for holidays in Malaga! The apartment was clean, well-maintained and super equipped. The situation was perfect, you are right in the center and can walk everywhere. As a host, Steffen was extremely accommodating and always available. The air conditioning also works very well, it was always pleasant. I can recommend the apartment to everyone!

Super place. The front bedroom (the one facing the street) was noisy but the rear bedroom was very quiet. It's rare to find a place that is so good. Note that this place is managed by Solaga Vacation Rentals, a professional management firm.

It was such a lovely apartment. There is an elevator to get to your door but you will be doing stairs in the apartment. Not an issue for us but be aware.
We enjoyed opening the balcony doors to hear the local activity in the street below. The kitchen was just what we needed to catch a bite in the morning.
We liked the location in centro. Close to the shops and restaurants.

It is very clean and spatious and located in the most beautiful street of Malaga. Also the decoration of the apartment is perfect. Communication with Steffen is very easy and fast. I can totally recommend this airbnb!

Great apartment, everything was brand new, fantastic location in the centre, would stay here again.
Only very minor issues. Could do with clearer instructions for the air-con as we had a bit of trouble turning it on and off. A couple of the windows were very high and unreachable for short people, need something to open them with - same with the shower heads, very high, would be better on a riser rail.

Spacious, beautifully renovated and decorated, Steffen’s apartment is a jewel. Located in the heart of the historical city, close to the central market (you must visit!) you will find many restaurants, shops and tourists around! Communications with Steffen’s agency was very professional and punctual. An excellent address to return to. Thank you Steffen.
