This place was very clean. Comfortable, very close to all attractions in Asheville. Enjoyed the privacy. Happy our dog was able to stay with us. Overall we will definitely rebook if in the area.

We loved our time in this beautiful home. So many views of trees made us feel we were living in a tree house. The downstairs living area is beautiful and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were good sized and comfortable. Plenty of towels and loved the soap shampoo and conditioner. Hope to be back again sometime.

Very comfortable home, friendly neighbors and convenient location. We especially loved the large deck. Great for dining Al fresco. Will definitely be back!

The house was great and definitely large enough for 6 people and two dogs. The only slight problem we had was that the listing made it seem like the house was more isolated than it truly was. You have close neighbors on three sides and they don't bother you at all, but if you're looking for something set a little further back out of a neighborhood this might not be the option you're looking for. But, it really was a good place to stay. About 20-25 min drive from downtown Asheville, hiking, and a lot of other things to do in the area.

This was a great touch down point for our family of six. Overall everything was great… nice bathrooms with lights and fans, comfy towels and starter soaps, paper products, cleaning materials was appreciated! Also the couch blankets and dog bowls were a nice touch!

Completely updated 3 bedroom home in Fletcher. I was here for work but could easily use for a jumping off point for all the activities in the Asheville area.

My family loved the location of the house! It was 6 mins from Sierra Nevada and Mills River Brewery, two of our favorites Breweries. The house was very clean and cozy. The front porch was great for morning coffee and for our dog to sunbathe during the day. We would absolutely book this location again.

Location was good, central for what we were doing during the week. Appliances were basic, but did the job. AC didn't work so thankfully the weather held up. Heat worked fine. Beds were horrible, like sponges, pull out beds. Bedding had stains, not clean at all. I slept on couch which was more comfortable. Water pressure for showers was exceedingly low. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer downstairs in basement will have you fearing for your life going down/up the stairs. Lots of steps to go up just to get inside home. Overall, house needs to be updated. Not recommended for little ones. Best for adults for a short getaway.

This rental unit was very clean from top to bottom and had all the amenities for a short to long stay. Cheerful interior and large outdoor deck made for an enjoyable time throughout the day.

This is a delightful house that provides lots of light!! Great wrap around deck, but the chilly weather didn't allow us to make good use of it (maybe next time!) We love how this is tucked back into the neighborhood...felt safe! Would definitely come back!!

The Wilde of house worked well for our group. We had adequate space and the house was clean and well appointed. The third bedroom is a loft, which if that was in the listing I missed. The communication with the rental group was excellent

We loved the cleaness and had some nice amenities walk in shower up in the loft. easy to get too would recomend it

We stayed her for my son's wedding that was located in Fletcher. House was clean and updated. The rooms were a good size to accommodate us and our luggage. The kitchen is well stocked and even had some basics, like salt, pepper and oil that is helpful when you arrive and need a quick meal. The neighborhood is safe, I was able to walk around by myself w/o feeling concerned. It is located near breweries, restaurant and stores that you might need and is not far from Asheville. I would absolutely choose this location again.
