We needed a place to call home while we moved our son back to college, Katie’s place was the perfect spot. We enjoyed the pool and perfect Peoria/Glendale location. The upstairs office was perfect for work calls and still be close to family. The house has everything you could possibly need and is well taken care of - we enjoyed our 10 days in a place that felt like home.

We have family that recently moved to the area so we stayed here while visiting them. It was a nice and convenient place to stay with our kids. The location is 10/10, it’s close to so many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

This is our second time staying at this fabulous place. The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was perfect and pool was amazing. No complaints. Close to the baseball fields for my son’s tournament.

Unfortunately we were there for funeral services for a family member but the house provided everything we could have possibly needed for the weekend stay. The kids enjoyed the pool, it helped them take their mind off of why we were there. The host was excellent in keeping us informed on everything that we needed.

We attended the final four and the house was EVERYTHING we needed and more. Short Uber rides to stadium, great pool and backyard set up!!

Location was good and we enjoyed local restaurants, pop stroke, fat cats but most of all the grandkids loved the pool !!

My husband and younger son, along with another family stayed at this great house. My review is based off their comments. Very clean. Pictures accurate. Quiet neighborhood. Great location with easy highway access. While they were a tad nervous being on the golf course, no balls were hit into the backyard while they were enjoying the great pool or watching basketball games on the patio. Golf carts were super quiet and there was not a noise issue related to that. Kids enjoyed the pool as we have never rented a house with a “deep end”. Big kitchen table allowed for game night each night and fit everyone comfortably.

I rented this home for January and February 2024:
Location and Home: 5 stars ~ This is a lovely home with a pool and nice backyard area located on a golf course. It is in a quiet, safe community. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all close by. (Note: the golf cart path is just on the other side of the fenced backyard and carts drive past. While this did not bother me at all, it might be an issue for others.)
Systems: 5 stars ~ All the appliances, as well as the heating/cooling system, worked well. The owner programs the heating/cooling system remotely, setting the agreed upon high and low temperatures.
Furnishings: 4 stars ~ The furniture and beds are comfortable (except for the chairs in the kitchen which could use some pads). The kitchen is well furnished, but the cookware is older and worn.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: 3 stars ~ The house was surface clean and looked good upon arrival. It could use a deep cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, pantry, baseboards, and the area rug in the living room. There are a few fairly minor maintenance issues, such as the towel bar in the master bathroom is broken off the wall.
Property Owner: 5 stars ~ The property owner was highly responsive to any questions or requests. The owner's communication was excellent.

This is a lovely home in a great neighborhood. It’s close to restaurants, golf courses and shopping. I enjoyed my morning walks through the neighborhood. The pool is amazing. We truly enjoyed sitting outside by the pool watching the golfers miss their shots 🙂. This was the second year we stayed here, and we will definitely try to return, again, next year!

Older home but was just as described in a nice neighborhood location close to freeway. We especially loved the work-from-home patio upstairs. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and spend time together.

We rented the property because of its proximity to the Arrowhead Country Club, where my niece was getting married. Great location, good neighborhood, nice home, easy access to everything, no complaints. Owner gave me permission so that I could host my nieces bridal shower at the home. Can’t thank the owners enough for accommodating us. Luckily the weather was perfect so we could have the event set up outside by the sparkling pool. I also received approval to bring my cat Bob (Instagram @bobthecatadventures). It was his first time using stairs, and it was hysterical.

This home was amazing, but the hostess was even more amazing. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and she didn’t rest until it was fixed. I have never had a homeowner be so responsive and accommodating. As far as the home goes it was perfect for a family to stay! They had everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the outside amenities were perfect. My family enjoyed drinking coffee outside in the morning and watching the quail on the green, swimming in the large pool, and using the BBQ which had amazing flavor and preciseness due to being electric. It was a great vacation home and I’d stay here again.

My son and I visited for a baseball tournament. This place was perfect for us. Was close to all of our baseball locations. Close to everything you needed. We felt at home and Kaitie and Mike were super helpful. Owner even brought my kiddo some golf balls. The beds were comfy and the AC and fans kept it cool. Had all the comforts of home. Wi-Fi worked great so I could work. Look no further. Will stay again if we come back.

Katie and her husband were FABULOUS hosts!! The house was as pictured, when I had a problem I messaged Katie and she responded IMMEDIATELY. Even when I figured out the answer and apologized for messaging she was completely kind and helpful. We had one problem with the television outside that was not working and her husband came over the next day and REPLACED it. My kids loved the pool and our pup loved to use the doggy door! Definitely a HUGE help! If the Walkers go west again to AZ, we would definitely stay again!

we had a great stay. we were in town with family for a graduation from the university nearby. the location was perfect. i spent a ton of time looking for the perfect house for our family and my parents. the house was very spacious with all the bedrooms upstairs. the kitchen was well stocked and the garage had a few pool floats for use. the backyard was great for our dog. the property looked over a golf course which gave a feeling of privacy. the pool was large with a nice deep end. the outdoor tv was my favorite part to watch movies and swim . if you have several adults splitting the cost, the master bedroom is definitely much larger and cooler with a large double sink bathroom. the other 2 bedrooms are smaller with a small bathroom in between. kaitie the owner was always responsive with my many questions. the pool at night was beautiful with outdoor lighting. there is also a huge room/office off the master that we didnt use but could be great play area for kids or extra sleeping space. this house had everything we needed and more. plenty of towels and linens and the washer and dryer worked fine. location was also great with groceries a costco and restuarants nearby. this time with my family was priceless and this house met all our needs. thanks for a great vacation.

Property matched the pictures. Depending on the breeze, some days are quieter than others. Loved the pool. Loved backing up to the golf course. Sunset views. Located not far from main roads, shopping, and restaurants.
Owners quickly responded to questions and anything that came up.
Had a great stay. I’d love to use this property to work remotely as there is a quiet office area with a great view.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home and will totally stay here again when we are in the Phoenix area next. This could very easily be our new home away from home 😊 the communication with Katie was above and beyond making sure we had all the comforts of being in our own home.

Overall we enjoyed our month long stay at this property. The location is great for just about anything you need. Katie and Mike were great with responding to any questions we had. We prefer alittle more privacy than the backyard offers. The golf cart path runs right along the fence and so throughout the day, people are able to look right into the yard. The house is equipped with what we needed. The garage and parts of the yard could have been cleaned and organized better.

The house is very nice and has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped. The Landscaping is beautiful. King bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. Loved the pool and outdoor television. Location is great, close to everything. Would stay here again.

This is a great property. Very clean and great location! Ample supply of firewood for our stay. The only recommendation I have is that fire starters be provided - at least for the first night. Would happily stay there again!

Fantastic location. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Outdoor space is amazing! House had all amenities for a great stay. Kaitie was an excellent host and even helped us check in a day early due to weather issues. House has a bit of wear but overall a super pick for a family vacation.

The house was very clean and owners were generous with supplies like toilet paper, tissues, soaps, coffee, tea etc. Nice to have dog bowls and bed available. It was really too cold to enjoy the pool but it was a good size and the entire backyard would be perfect in warmer weather. The neighborhood is super quiet with hardly any traffic making it great to walk the dog. Perfect location and easy in-and-out to everything we wanted to do.

The property is very nice and our stay was wonderful. The only reason for less stars on property manager rating only has to do with trouble getting contact information (phone#) from VRBO before our arrival. We did have a mix up from listed contact person. Kaitie Carrigan was great and there were no problems during our stay. Thank you for the nice property.

We enjoyed our stay in this Glendale home and its close proximity not only to our family but also the 101, local attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We appreciated the little extras since we were spending our Christmas vacation here. The kitchen was also well stocked. The neighborhood was pleasant and peaceful. Communication with the property manager was always prompt. We will certainly consider calling this our home away from home again!
